Persiapan alat :

1.Termomete r
2.Tiga buah botol
•Botol pertama berisi larutan sabun
•Botol kedua berisi larutan desinfektan
•Botol ketiga berisi larutan air bersih
3.Bengkok
4.Kertas/Tissue
5.Vaselin/Jelly
6.Buku catatan suhu"
7.Sarung tangan

Prosedur :
1.Pemeriksaan Suhu Oral
•Jelaskan prosedur pada klien
•Cuci tangan
•Gunakan sarung tangan
•Atur posisi pasien
•Tentukan letak ba!ah lidah
•Turunkan suhu termometer di bawah 34℃-35℃
•Letakkan termometer dibawah lidah sejajar dengan gusi
•Anjurkan mulut dikatupkan selama " 3 menit
•Angkat termometer dan baca hasilnya
TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE THROUGH ORAL

Tools preparation :

1.Thermometer
2.Three bottles
 The first bottle contains the soap solution
 The second bottle contains a disinfectant solution
 The third bottle contains a clean water solution

3. Crooked
4.Paper/Tissue
5.Vaseline/Jelly
6.The temperature log"
7.Gloves

Procedure:

1.Oral Temperature Check

 Explain the procedure to the client

 Washing hands
 Use gloves
 Adjust the patient's position
 Determine the location under the tongue
 Lower the thermometer temperature below 34℃-35℃
 Place the thermometer under the tongue in line with the gums
 Suggest mouth closed for "3 minutes"
 Lift the thermometer and read the results
