ARCEL – Coolant
Water Soluble Cutting Oil

DESCRIPTION
ARCEL – Coolant, is a hight grade water soluble oil
which form a dense white highly stable emultion. It is
most suitable for machining operations which require
much cooling: drilling, boaring, grinding and cold
sawing
KETERANGAN
ARCEL – Coolant adalah water soluble cutting oil yang
dapat membentuk emulsi putih yang sangat stabil
terhadap air. Cocok digunakan untuk pekerjaan yang
mengutamakan pendinginan, seperti: mengebor,
menggerinda, dan mesin potong.

• Stable emultion giving long coolant life.
• Improve the finish og the work. Prefent rusting
and discolouration.
• Execent biocide. Greatly reduse objectionable
odour and provides long coolant life span.
MANFAAT
• Membentuk emulsi stabil dan tahan lama.
• Hasil kerja menjadi lebih baik. Tidak membentuk
karat dan tidak berbekas.
• Mengandung biocide yang sangat efektif. Bau
yang tidak enak menjadi berkurang dan larutan
menjadi tahan lama.

APPLICATION CARA PEMAKAIAN

ARCEL – Coolant may be mixed in any water to oi
proporation form 1;10 up. Usually for machining is 1 ;
25-35 and for grinding it is 1 – 35-50. Better rust
protection is obtained with richer emultions.
ARCEL – Coolant can be use gor general machining
processes for most common metal.
The exception is Magnesium. Magnesium should
never be cut with fluids that contain water.
ARCEL – Coolant dapat dicampur dengan air
perbandingan 1 : 10 keatas.
Untuk pekerjaan memotong atau mengebor 1 : 25-35.
Untuk pekerjaan menggerinda digunakan 1 : 35-50.
Jika perbandingan kadar minyak lebih tinggi, anti
karatnya akan lebih baik.Dapat dipergunajkan pada
hamper semua jenis metal yang umum, kecuali
Magnesium, karena magnesium tidak bias dipotong
fdengan larutan yang mengandung air.

• Avoid contact with skin or eyes and should not be
inhale, if contact with skin or eyes, wash with
soap and clean water.
• Glove and safety googles should be worm
• Keep in cool and dry place
• Hindarkan terkena kulit dan mata, serta
menghirup prduk. Jika terkena segera cuci
dengan sabun dan air bersih
• Gunakan sarung tangan karet dan pelindung
mata.
• Hindarkan dari jangkauan anak-anak
• Simpan produk di tempat yang dingin dan kering
