If the probationary period has not ended nd the Employee is deemed to not be satisfactory in their tasks, Company has the right to terminate the working relationship without Employee asking for compensation in any forms. Gaji pokok / main salary: IDR 3.500.000,- b. Tunjangan makan / mea! allowance: [DR 400.000,- ¢. Tunjangen transportasi / transport allowance: IDR 200.000,- Perusahaan wajib membayarkan upah/gaji kepada Pekerja sebagaimana tersebut di atas yang dilaksanakan setiap bulannya pada hari Kerja terakhir. Company shall pay the wages/salaries to Employee as mentioned above which is executed every Month on the last working day. Jam kerja Perusahaan adalah 5 (lima) hari kerja, dimulai pukul 0800 s/d 17.00 wita dengan waktu istirahat pukul 12.00 s/d 13.00 dari hari Senin sampai Jumat. Total dart jam kerja dalam seminggu adalah £0 (empat puluh) jam. Karyawan dikarapan untuk bersedia untuk bekerja di hari Sabtu, ka diperlukan. Company working hours are 5 (five) days starting from 08.00 until 17.00 with lunch hour starting from 12.00 until 13.00 on Mondays to Fridays. The total of working hours in one week is 40 (forty) hours. Employee shall be available to work on Saturdays, if needed. Lingkup Tuges dan Tanggung Jawab Pekerja sebagai berikut Scope of Works and Responsibilities of the Employee are as follows: a. Mengecheck pesanan proyek dan melaporkan pesanan tersebut ke Project Manager dan Direktur untuk persutujuan Checking profect purchase orders and report such orders to the Project Manager and Director for approval b. Pembelian bahan proyek dalam skala kecil menggunakan petty cash Purchase project materials in small amounts using petty cosh Mewakili dan mengecheck surat jalan dari vendor Represent and check Delivery Orders from vendors 4. Memberikan nota kepada bagian Keuangan untuk pelaporen dan pembayaran Give receipts to the Finance Department for report and payments fe. Melakukan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Direktur, selama tugas tersebat masih di dalam scope pekerjaan di industri konstruksi Perform other duties assigned by Director, as long as those duties are stil! within the work scope in the construction industry BPJS Ketenegakerjaan dan BP|S Kesehatan Pekerja akan ditanggung oleh Perusahaan, Employee's Social Security and Health Insurance wall be paid by the Company. Setelah masa percobaan, Pekerja akan dievaluesi oleh Perusahaan untuk ditentukan layak atau tidak dilanjutkan ke jenjang berikutnya, yakni perjanjian kerja/kontrak kerja.
