PENDAHULUAN
Perguruan tinggi tidak memiliki nilai tanpa mahasiswa. Mahasiswa aset yang paling
penting untuk setiap lembaga pendidikan. Tuntutan mahasiswa terhadap pendidikan tinggi
institusi telah meningkat secara drastis karena mereka lebih sadar akan biaya kuliah yang
tinggi itu mereka harus membayar selama masa studi yang harus ditempuh(Boakye-yiadom,
adalah alasan utama keberadaan yang lebih tinggi institusi pendidikan. Perkembangan kualitas
kepuasan mahasiswa dalam lingkungan yang kompetitif. Pandangan ini didukung oleh (Feifei
Perguruan tinggi unggul saat ini menjadi salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh
banyak perguruan tinggi. Pada institusi pendidikan tinggi di seluruh dunia, dorongan
digitalisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pemerintah dan strategi pembangunan masing-
masing institusi. Perguruan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk pola digitalisasi
oleh (Malkawi, 2021), Hasil penelitian secara umum Terdapat pengaruh positif dan
signifikan antara fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa kepuasan mahasiswa dan
dosen terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan di untuk mahasiswa ada pada tingkat zona tinggi.
Pandangan Alhudhori & Sari, (2021) sebagai salah satu komponen penting dalam
penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi, indeks kepuasan mahasiswa (IKM) merupakan salah satu
indikator penting dalam penilaian mutu penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi. Kepuasan
mahasiswa dalam posisinya, dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa aspek, antara lain: kepuasan
dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar, kepuasan dalam menerima pelayanan (administrasi
akademik dan kemahasiswaan), serta kepuasan dalam menggunakan sarana dan prasarana
yang disediakan oleh perguruan tinggi. Kepuasan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti proses belajar
mengajar dapat dicerminkan melalui: ketersediaan kurikulum dan proses pembelajaran, dosen
yang merupakan kualitas dan kualifikasi dosen, suasana perkuliahan, materi perkuliahan dan
yang diperoleh setelah mengikuti perkuliahan. Pendapat yang didukung oleh (Sumarsono et
pembelajaran dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 berpengaruh negative pada kepuasan
mahasiswa.

Deskripsi data yang terkumpul, berdasarkan data yang terkumpul, selanjutnya dalam
artikel ini dapat disajikan data terkait usia, jenis kelamin, oraganisasi yang diikuti atau tidak
sebagai berikut:

1) Kemandirian Mahasiswa berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas
Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa dari nilai direct efek sebesar p 0,462>0,05. hasil
tersebut menerangkan bahwa kemandirian mahasiswa tidak signifikan berkontribusi pada
kepuasan mahasiswa secara parsial. Hasil penelitian ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang telah
dilakukan oleh ((Muñoz-García & Villena-Martínez, 2021), (Malkawi, 2021), (Chen, 2021),
(Hettiarachchi et al., 2021) dan (Cho & Kim, 2021)
berdasarkan analisis data diketahui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.267<0,05 menunjukkan bahwa
Kemandirian Mahasiswa berkontribusi terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa dengan Layanan Sistem
Informasi Akademik sebagai variabel moderasi tidak signifikan. hasil penelitian ini tidak di
dukung oleh (Dasanayaka et al., 2021), (Dhanraju et al., 2021), (Olmos-Gómez et al., 2021),
(Kotova et al., 2021) dan (Slavinski et al., 2021)
Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001< 0,005 menunjukkan bahwa
lingkungan akademik berkontribusi terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa dengan Layanan Sistem
Informasi Akademik sebagai variabel moderasi signifikan, penelitian yang didukung oleh (Alam
et al., 2021), (Olugbara et al., 2021), (Ogungbeni & Nwosu, 2021), (Sayaf et al., 2021) dan
(Izquierdo-Yusta et al., 2021)

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, selanjutnya dalam artikel ini disajikan
simoulan sebagai berikut: 1) Kemandirian Mahasiswa tidak berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan
Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. 2) Fasilitas Perkuliahan berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan
mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. 3) Lingkungan Akademik berkontribusi
terhadap Layanan Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. 4)
Kemandirian Mahasiswa tidak memberikan kontribusi terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa dengan
Layanan Sistem Informasi Akademik sebagai variabel moderasi. 5) Kontribusi Fasilitas
Perkuliahan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa dengan Layanan Sistem Informasi Akademik sebagai
variabel moderasi secara signifikan dan 6) Untuk menganalisis kontribusi Lingkungan
