PAKTA INTEGRITAS
INTEGRITY PACT

Yang bertandatangan dibawah ini staf / pengelola dalam proyek dukungan the Global
Fund, dengan ini menyatakan bahwa :
The undersigned as the staf of the project supported by the Global Fund, hereby duly certify that
:

1. Seluruh dana hibah dikelola secara tranparan, bersih, professional dan

menegakkan standar etika untuk pelaksanaan kinerja yang baik, dalam arti akan
mengerahkan segala kemampuan dan sumber daya secara optimal untuk
memberikan hasil kerja terbaik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan
penyelesaian tugas kegiatan ini;
The all grant funds are managed transparently, clean, professional and enforce standards
of conduct to govern the good performances, in terms of use its reasonable efforts and
the optimally resources to provide the best effort from the beginning of planning,
execution and the completion of this activity;

2. Saya tidak akan melakukan dan / atau tidak akan terlibat dan berpartisipasi dalam
praktek yang dapat ditafsirkan sebagai praktik ilegal atau korupsi (Korupsi, Kolusi
dan Nepotisme / KKN) di Negara Republik Indonesia;
I shall not do and / or not engage and participate(s) in other practice that could be
construed as an illegal or corrupt practice (Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism / CCN) in
the Country of Republic of Indonesia;

3. Saya akan segera mengungkapkan adanya potensi konflik kepentingan kepada

Principal Recipient dan atau pihak lain yang berwenang;
The Sub Recipient shall immediately disclose the actual, apparent or potential conflict of
interest to the Principal Recipient and or other authorized party;

4. Pelanggaran terhadap hal-hal yang telah dinyatakan dalam PAKTA INTEGRITAS ini
dapat dituntut ganti rugi dan pidana sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
lperundang-undangan yang berlaku.
The failure to conduct the points stated in this INTEGRITY PACT shall receive moral and
administrative sanctions as well as pay for compensation and penalty in accordance with
the applicable law and regulation.

PAKTA ANTI-TERORISME
ANTI-TERORISM PACT

Yang bertandatangan dibawah ini saya staf / pengelola dalam proyek dukungan the
Global Fund, dengan ini menyatakan bahwa :
The undersigned as the staf of the project supported by the Global Fund, hereby duly certify that
:

1. Saya mengerti bahwa seluruh dana hibah digunakan sepenuhnya untuk

kepentingan program penanggulangan HIV/AIDS di Indonesia;
I understand tah the all grant funds are solely employed for HIV/AIDS Program purposes
in Indonesia;

2. Seluruh dana hibah tidak pernah / tidak akan digunakan untuk mendukung ataupun
melakukan tindakan kekerasan, untuk membantu teroris atau kegiatan yang
berkaitan dengan aktivitas teroris, untuk melakukan tindakan pencucian uang atau
mendanai organisasi-organisasi yang mendukung teroris ataupun organisasi yang
terlibat dalam kegiatan pencucian uang;
The all grant funds are not employed to support or promote violence, to aid terrorists or
terrorist-related activity, to conduct money-laundering activities or to fund organizations
known, to support terrorism or that are involved in money-laundering activities;

3. Pelanggaran terhadap hal-hal yang telah dinyatakan dalam PAKTA ANTI-

TERORISME ini dapat dituntut ganti rugi dan pidana sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
The failure to conduct the points stated in this ANTI-TERORISM PACT shall receive
moral and administrative sanctions as well as pay for compensation and penalty in
accordance with the applicable law and regulation.
