Penjelasan / Explanation :
1. CT Value tidak menentukan tingkat keparahan atau kesembuhan seorang pasien Covid-19.
CT Value menunjukkan ada atau tidaknya genetik SARS-CoV-2 di tubuh pasien. Semakin tinggi CT Value,
semakin sedikit virus yang terdeteksi. Semakin rendah CT Value, semakin banyak virus yang terdeteksi.
The severity of the disease is unrelated to the CT Value. However, CT Value displays the genetic
SARS-CoV-2 viral load. A high CT Value indicates that fewer viruses are found, where as a low CT Value
indicates that more viruses are found.
2. Hasil Covid Test Bumame tidak dapat dibandingkan dengan hasil laboratorium lain karena menggunakan
Standar Operasional Prosedur, alat, dan reagen yang berbeda.
Bumame's Covid Test results cannot be compared with other labs' results. Each laboratory uses
different resources and Standard Operating Procedures.
3. Bumame terdaftar sebagai Laboratorium PCR Covid-19 di Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.
Bumame is a registered Covid-19 PCR Laboratory authorized by Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia.
4. Hasil PCR negatif tidak selalu berarti pasien tidak terinfeksi oleh patogen, namun hanya menunjukkan
bahwa material genetik patogen tidak ditemukan pada spesimen.
A negative PCR result does not confirm that the patient is not infected by pathogen(s), however it shows
genetic pathogen(s) is not found in the specimen.
