Week 05 march 2023 there is a patient Mrs. Linda aged 27 years wants to check the
pregnancy at 7 weeks with complaints of nausea and vomiting. Vomiting and nausea is
indeed common in the 1st trimester of pregnancy and it is normal. Midwife Novia doing
anamnesis regarding menstruation obtained data on the first day of the last menstruation
January 15, 2023. Menstruation on time the amount of bleeding is normal and the cycle is
normal. Mrs. Linda did not use Contraceptives because this was her first pregnancy, the last
to have sexsual intercourse was 01 February 2023. Laboratory examinations are carried out,
namely Blood type (A), Hemoglobin (Result = 13), HIV (negative) HbsAg(negative), Sifilis
(negative)

Sunday 07 March 2023 there is a patient named Mrs. Ayu aged 33 years wants to
have a pregnancy check at the age of 4 weeks with complaints of Breast Tendes. Novia
midwives performing menstruation-related anamnesis obtained data on the first day of the
last menstruation February 07, 2023. Timely menstruation the amount of bleeding is normal
and the cycle is normal. this is her second pregnancy the first child was born on May 10,
2017. Mrs. Linda uses 3 Monthly Injectable Contraceptives, the last time she had sex was
February 01, 2023, she no longer uses contraceptives. Currently Linda's mother is taking the
drug Folamil, in the last 24 hours has not taken any drugs. Laboratory examinations are
