Abstract
Di era globalisasi yang penuh persaingan, wisata kuliner bisa dijadikan ajang yang sangat efektif untuk mendapatkan peluang mengangkat makanan dan
minuman khas daerah ke dunia internasional sebagai salah satu daya tarik pariwisata. Wisata yang baik adalah wisata yang diminati banyak orang. Objek
Sentra Wisata Kuliner Apung menggunakan eksisting bangkai kapal kargo milik PT PAL Indonesia yang batal produksi karena melebihi batasan waktu
penjualan dan direncanakan menjual kembali untuk mengurangi kerugian yang ditimbulkan. Selain itu, berlokasi di sekitar kaki Jembatan Suramadu yang
merupakan penghubung Pulau Madura dan Pulau Jawa, rancangan objek wisata ini memiliki potensi dari lokasinya yang cukup strategis dan pemandangan
lepas pantai dan Jembatan Suramadu yang menarik. Salah satu program Pemerintah Kota Surabaya melalui Dinas Koperasi dan UM Surabaya adalah Sentra
Wisata Kuliner (SWK). Program ini bertujuan sebagai strategi Kota Surabaya untuk menarik turis ketika berkunjung ke Kota Surabaya serta merelokasi
pedagang-pedagang kaki lima di sejumlah lokasi. Terdapat beberapa titik lokasi SWK di Surabaya yang sudah mulai berkembang. Pengembangan SWK juga
terkait dengan penataan dan pembenahan bangunan untuk menciptakan kesan yang lebih bersih dan indah. Menggunakan metode design thinking,
perancangan SWK dilakukan berdasarkan penekanan pada kebutuhan pengguna dengan pemberian solusi yang inovatif. Dengan mengaplikasikan sentuhan
Budaya Jawa Timur yang sesuai dengan lokasi penempatan objek wisata ini, edukasi bagi pengunjung dapat ersalurkan melaui desain-desain interior pada
Sentra Wisata Kuliner Apung. Program yang bergerak di bidang kuliner ini merupakan objek yang sangat berpotensi dalam menunjang sektor wisata dan
perekonomian bagi masyarakat. Dengan demikian citra wisata apung di surabaya yang merupakan kawasan pesisir dan kuliner lokal dapat dioptimalkan
melalui destinasi wisata kuliner.

In the era of globalization which is full of competition, culinary tourism can be used as a very effective venue to gain opportunities to promote regional
specialties to the international world as one of the attractions of tourism. A good tour is a tour that many people are interested in. The Floating Culinary
Tourism Center object uses the existing wreck of a cargo ship owned by PT PAL Indonesia which was canceled due to exceeding the sales time limit and is
planned to be resold to reduce losses incurred. In addition, located at the foot of the Suramadu Bridge which connects Madura Island and Java Island, the
design of this tourist attraction has potential due to its strategic location and attractive views of the offshore and Suramadu Bridge. One of the Surabaya City
Government programs through the Surabaya Cooperative and UM Office is the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK). This program aims to be a strategy for the City
of Surabaya to attract tourists when visiting the City of Surabaya and to relocate street vendors in a number of locations. There are several SWK location points
in Surabaya that have started to develop. SWK development is also related to the arrangement and improvement of buildings to create a cleaner and more
beautiful impression. Using the design thinking method, SWK design is carried out based on an emphasis on user needs by providing innovative solutions. By
applying a touch of East Javanese culture that is in accordance with the location of this tourist attraction, education for visitors can be channeled through
interior designs at the Floating Culinary Tourism Center. This program which is engaged in the culinary field is an object that has great potential in supporting
the tourism sector and the economy for the community. In this way, the image of floating tourism in Surabaya, which is a coastal area and local culinary
delights, can be optimized through culinary tourism destinations.
