Ketentuan :
- HARGA BELUM termasuk PPn 11%.
- Sistem Pembayaran : Cash Before Delivery
- Berlaku 30 (Tiga Puluh) hari sejak informasi harga ini diterbitkan.
- Pengadaan dan pengiriman produk sampai di lokasi proyek, tidak termasuk penurunan produk diatas tanah (On Site On Truck ).
- Harga akan disesuaikan apabila ada kebijakan pemerintah dalam bidang moneter, kenaikan harga BBM, material terkait, upah, maupun angkutan.

 - Tidak termasuk biaya-biaya lainnya di lokasi proyek saat pengiriman seperti DISHUB, Polantas, LSM, dll ditanggung oleh Pembeli.
- Tes kuat tekan benda uji beton di laboratorium PT. Aneka Dharma Persada. (Penerimaan mutu beton berdasarkan SNI 2847-2013).
