Cara Ganti LCD Laptop Lenovo

1. lepaskan battery terlebih dahulu agar tidak terjadi konsleting.
2. lepaskan screwcover atau penutup baut yang berupa plastik atau karet dengan obeng
minus kecil. tiap merk laptop berbeda, jumlahnya 2 - 8 baut. untuk lenovo G485 ada 2 baut
saja.
3. lepaskan baut dengan obeng plus kecil.
4. lepaskan frame atau klip yang menempel dengan lcd laptop dengan menggunakan jari
tangan secara perlahan-lahan. hingga semua sisi klip terlepas dari lcd.
5. lepaskan 4 baut engsel yang menghubungkan antara engsel lcd dan frame belakang,
letaknya di pojok engsel.
6. lepaskan 6 baut pada engsel untuk memisahkan lcd dari engsel. letaknya di sisi kanan
dan kiri lcd.
7. lepaskan perekat dan kabel connector flexible lcd perlahan-lahan.

Cara Pasang LCD Laptop Baru

1. pasang kabel connector lcd dan kemudian perekatnya, agar kabel tidak mudah lepas.
2. pasang 6 baut pada sisi lcd dan engsel.
3. pasang 4 baut pada pojok engsel.
4. sebelum memasang klip, ada baiknya lakukan tes dahulu dengan memasang charger dan
jika laptop berjalan normal.
5. pasang klip dengan perlahan-lahan menekan tepi klip.
6. pasang 2 baut pada kaki klip atau frame.
7. pasang battery kembali.

How to Replace a Lenovo Laptop LCD
1. Remove the battery first to avoid a short circuit.
2. Remove the screwcover or bolt cover in the form of plastic or rubber with a small flat-
head screwdriver. Each laptop brand is different, the number is 2 - 8 screws. For Lenovo
G485 there are only 2 screws.
3. Remove the bolt with a small screwdriver.
4. Remove the frame or clip that is attached to the laptop LCD using your fingers
slowly. until all sides of the clip are separated from the LCD.
5. Remove the 4 hinge bolts that connect the LCD hinge and the rear frame, located at the
corner of the hinge.
6. Remove the 6 bolts on the hinge to separate the LCD from the hinge. It is located on the
right and left side of the LCD.
7. Remove the adhesive and flexible LCD connector cable slowly.

How to Install a New Laptop LCD

1. Install the LCD connector cable and then the adhesive, so that the cable doesn't come off
easily.
2. Install the 6 bolts on the LCD side and hinges .
3. Install 4 bolts on the corners of the hinge .
4. Before installing the clip, it's a good idea to do a test first by installing the charger and if
the laptop runs normally.
5. Install the clip by gently pressing the edge of the clip.
6. Install 2 bolts on the clip legs or frame.
7. Put the battery back in.
