Respiratory tract(saluran
pernafasan)
dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu
1. upper respiratory tract(sal. nafas
atas):terdiri dari
nasal(hidung), pharynx dan larynx

2. lower respiratory tract(sal. nafas

bawah):
terdiri dari trachea, bronchus dan paru
upper respiratory tract(sal. nafas
atas) terdiri dari

1. nasal(hidung)
2. pharynx
3. larynx
 A. Nasal (hidung)
Terdiri dari
Nares eksternal
Nasal septum (Dinding tengah pemisah cavum
nasal )
Cavum Nasal / rongga hidung (ruang antara
tenggorokan dan mulut)
Di dinding Cavum Nasal terdapat:
conchae nasalis (lekukan mukosa hidung )
conchae nasalis superior, conchae nasalis medial
dan conchae nasalis inferior.
meatus nasalis (ruang diantara conchae nasalis)
. Terdiri dari meatus nasalis superior, medial dan
inferior.
sinuse venosus Pembuluh darah membrane mukosa
 B. PHARYNX

1. NASOPHARYNX
Batas: Batas atas : posterior
nasal
Batas bawah : soft palate.
Pada nasopharynx terdapat cilia
epithelium yang membantu
menyaring udara. Terdapat tube
eustachius/auditory
Terdapat PHARYNGEAL TONSIL
2. OROPHARYNX
Batas atas : posterior oral(mulut) dan
soft palate
Batas bawah : epiglottis
Terdapat PALATINE TONSIL
3. LARYNGOPHARYNX
Batas atas : posterior dari tulang
hyoid
Batas bawah : superior larynx
Pada pharynx terdapat tonsil:

1. Lingual tonsil: terdapat di

dasar(ujung belakang) lidah
2. Pharyngeal tonsils (adenoids):
terdapat di kedua atap nasopharynx
3. Palatine tonsila: terdapat di kedua
sisi dinding oropharynx
 C. LARYNX

penyusun LARYNX:
1. Os. hyoid
2. Cartilage thyroid(adams
apple/jakun)
3. Cartilage cricoid
4. Cartilage arytenoid
Struktur penting pada larynx

Epiglottis
Cartilage yang berfungsi menutup
saluran nafas saat menelan.
Corda vocalis
Lipatan mukosa yang berfungsi
menggetarkan udara yang melalui
saluran nafas untuk menghasilkan
suara.
