Capaian Pembelajaran:
Taruna mampu memahami dan menerapkan manajemen laboratorium pengujian mutu hasil perikanan sesuai
dengan ketentuan ISO 17025.

Pokok Bahasan:
1.Ruang lingkup, acuan normatif,istilah dan definisi;
2.Persyaratan manajemen,organisasi dan sistem manajemen;
3.Pengendalian dokumen, pengesahan dan penerbitan dokumen, dan perubahan dokumen;
4.Dokumen tender, pelayanan kepada customer, pengaduan, pengendalian pekerjaan, dan peningkatan;
5.Tindakan perbaikan, analisis penyebab, pemilihan dan pelaksanaan, pemantauan, dan audit tambahan;
6.Tindakan pencegahan, pengendalian rekaman, rekaman teknis, audit internal, dan kaji ulang manajemen;
7.Persyaratan teknis, personil kondisi akomodasi dan kondisi lingkungan;
8.Pemilihan metode, metode yang dikembangkan, metode tidak baku, validasi metode dan peralatan;
9.Ketertelusuran pengukuran, persyaratan khusus, standar acuan dan bahan acuan;
10.Pengambilan sampel, penanganan barang yang diuji dan kalibrasi, jaminan mutu hasil, dan pengujian dan
kalibrasi;
11.Laporan pengujian, sertifikat kalibrasi opini dan interpretasi, hasil pengujian, format laporan dan amandemen
laporan;
12.Panduan mutu laboratorium.

MANFAAT AKREDITASI ISO /IEC 17025

 Adanya Pengakuan Tentang Kompetensi Teknis Laboratorium

 Akreditasi ISO 17025 merupakan suatu alat pemasaran yang efektif
 Akreditasi ISO 17025 diakui secara nasional maupun internasional
 Akreditasi ISO 17025 menggunakan kriteria dan prosedur khusus untuk
menetapkan kompetensi teknis
 Badan-badan akreditasi menerbitkan buku direktori dan website yang berisi
laboratorium yang terakreditasi berikut ruang lingkup akreditasinya
 Ruang Lingkup ISO 17025
• Standar ini menetapkan persyaratan umum kompetensi dalam melakukan pengujian dan /kalibrasi, termasuk
pengambilan contoh, metode yang digunakan baik metode baku, tidak baku, dan metode yang dikembangkan di
laboratorium

• Standar ini dapat diterapkan pada semua organisasi yang melakukan pengujian dan/ kalibrasi. Standar ini
diterapkan pada semua laboratorium tanpa memperhatikan

• Standar ini digunakan laboratorium untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen untuk kegiatan mutu, administrasi,
dan teknis. Pelanggan laboratorium, regulator, dan badan akreditasi dapat juga menggunakannya dalam melakukan
konfirmasi atau mengakui kompetensi laboratorium.

bersifat objektif
Catatan 1 Objektif berarti tidak ada konflik kepentingan, mampu diselesaikan
tanpa mempengaruhi aktivitas labor
Catatan 2 Istilah lain yang berguna dalam daftar ketidakberpihakan termasuk
“bebas dari konflik kepentingan, “bebas dari bias”, “bebas dari
prasangka”, “netral”, “sesuai”, “terbuka”, “valid”, “detasemen”,
“seimbang”.
ISTILAH DAN DEFINISI
Keluhan
ekspresi ketidakpuasan oleh seseorang atau organisasi terhadap labor aktifitas
atau hasil uji yang dikeluarkan labor, dimana harapan besar diberikan.

Perbandingan interlabor
organisasi, kinerja dan evaluasi pengukuran atau uji pada sampel yang sama oleh
dua atau lebih labor yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi yang sudah disepakati

Perbandingan intralabor
organisasi, kinerja dan evaluasi pengukuran atau uji pada sampel yang sama
diantara labor yang sama dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi yang sudah disepakati
ISTILAH DAN DEFINISI

Uji Profisiensi
Evaluasi dari kinerja partisipan yang disesuaikan dengan kriteria yang
digunakan pada perbandingan interlabor

Laboratorium
Badan yang melakuukan satu atau lebih kegiatan berikut;
- uji
- kalibrasi
- sampling yang digunakan untuk uji atau kalibrasi

aturan yang menjelaskan bagaimana pengukuran ketidakpastian ditentukan
untuk mendapatkan kesesuaian dengan persyaratan tertentu

verifikasi , dimana persyaratan tertentu telah memadai untuk keperluan yang
diharapkan
