mnasing sekutu, melainkan sekarang menjadi
milik asosiasi perorangan yang berbentuk
persekutuan firma 2

▹ Dengan memindahkan harta benda ini pada

persekutuan firma, ia
memperoleh suatu kepentingan sebagai seorang
pemilik sekutu
▹ Dalam keadaan tertentu. seorang sekutu dapat
menjaminkan, memindah tangankan, atau
menjual kepentingannya dalam harta benda
yang ia tanamkan pada perkutuan firma.
Partisipasi (Keikutsertaan)
dalam Laba Persekutuan Firma

Seorang sekutu dapat setuju untuk menerima

bagian laba persekutuan firma scbagai
imbalan dari jasa.jasa yang diberikan atau
untuk
penggunaan harta benda tertentu, tetapi

suatu persekutuan firma tidak akan

terbentuk jika
pihak.pihak yang bersangkutan tidak
mempunyai maksud yang tegas dalam
mendirikan
bentuk organisasi perusahaan seperti itu.

PERORANGAN DAN SEBAGAI
KESATUAN-USAHA YANG
TERPISAH
▹ Persekutuan firma dipandang
sebagai persekutuan orang-orang
(atau perorangan) dan sebagai
kesatuan-usaha yang terpisah.
▹ Persekutuan ini didirikan
berdasarkan persetujuan antara
pihak yang bersangkutan, dan 5
persekutuan firma tidak begiaku
lagj apabila persetujuan itu
berakhir atau terjadi perubahan
dari pihak-pihak yang membuat
persetujuan ini
Laba dan Rugi Dibagi dengan
Memberikan Bunga dan Gaji
Sebagai cara pembagian laba yang adil. Para sekutu dapat
menyetujui pemberian baik bunga maupun gaji.
Apabila diberikan bunga maupun gaji, maka perkiraan
ikhtisar laba-rugi dapat dibebani (didebet) dan
perkiraan prive masing-masing sekutu dikredit dengan
bunga dan gaji pada tiap akhir periode Ayat-ayat jurnal
untuk gaji, bunga dan saldo yang tersisa dalarn
perkiraan ikhtisar rugi-laba adalah sama dengan ayat-
ayat jurnal yang telah diberikan di muka.
Pembagian Laba dalam
Perhitungan Rugi-Laba
Misalkan. bahwa A dan B telah menyetujui hal-hal sebagai
berikut: gaji tiap bulan masing.masing sebesar $1.500 dan
$1.250; bunga sebesar 6% atas modal rata-rata; dan setiap saldo
laba atau rugi harus dibagi rata. Hal ini semua dapat dilaporkan
dalam perhitungan rugi-laba sebagai berikut:
Laba bersih untuk tahun itu.................................................... $36.000

Laba bersih dibagi sebagai berikut : A B Total
Jumlah yang diberikan sebagai gaji .................................. $18.000 $15.000 $33.000

Jumlah yang diberikan sebagai bunga............................... 3.450 4.050 7.500

Besarnya atas jumlah kelebihan gaji dan bunga atas laba
