Pemeriksaan
Fisik
Ada 2 aspek utama yg dapat
digambarkan, yaitu :

1. Kondisi kelenjar endokrin : testis

&tiroid

2. Kondisi jaringan atau organ sebagai

dampak dari gangguan endokrin
 a. Penampilan umum : Apakah klien tampak kelemahan berat,
sedang & ringan
b. Amati bentuk dan proporsi tubuh. : Apakah terjadi kekerdilan
atau seperti raksasa
Inspeksi : c. Pemeriksaan Wajah : Fokuskan pada abnormalitas struktur,
bentuk dan ekspresi wajah seperti dahi, rahang & bibir

a) Disfungsi sistem endokrin d. Pada Mata : Amati adanya edema periorbital & exopthala
mus serta ekspresi wajah tampak datar.
e. Pada Daerah Leher : Amati bentuk leher apakah tampak
membesar, asimetris, terdapat peningkatan JVP, warna kulit
sekitar leher apakah terjadi hiper/hipopigmentasi & amati
apakah itu merata.
f. Apakah terjadi hiperpigmentasi pada jari, siku & lutut :
Biasanya dijumpai pd orang yg mengalami gangguan kel.
Adrenal
g. Apakah terjadi Vitiligo/hipopigmentasi pada kulit : Biasanya
tampak pd orang yg mengalami hipofungsi kelenjar adrenal
sebagai akibat destruksi melanosit dikulit oleh proses
autoimun
h . Amati adanya penumpukan massa otot berlebihan pd leher
bag. Belakang/disebut bufflow neck/leher/punuk kerbau
i. Terjadi pada klien hiperfungsi adrenokortikal
Amati keadaan rambut axilla dan dada :
Pertumbuhan rambut yg berlebihan pada dada
dan wajah wanita disebut hirsutisme dan amati
juga adanya striae pd buah dada atau abdomen
biasanya dijumpai pada hiperfungsi
adrenokortikal
palpasi
Hanya kelenjar tiroid dan testis yg
dapat diperiksa secara palpasi
auskultasi

Auskultasi pada daerah leher diata

tiroid dapat mengidentifikasi bunyi "
bruit ". Bunyi yg dihasilkan oleh
karena turbulensi pada P. darah
tiroidea. N tidak ada bunyi.
Pengkajian Psikososial

Mengkaji kemampuan koping K, dukungan

Keluarga serta keyakinan K tentang sehat dan
sakit. Perubahan2 fisik, fungsi seksual dan
reproduksi serta perubahan2 lainnya yg
disebabkan oleh gangguan sistem endokrin Akan
berpengaruh terhadap konsep diri K.
