 Pengukuran adalah satu proses yang penting

ketika membuat sesuatu penilaian khususnya
dalam proses p&p
 Alat pengukuran yang kurang berkualiti akan
menghasilkan penilaian yang meragukan
 Pembinaan JPU untuk memastikan pembinaan
alat pengukuran yang sah dan boleh dipercayai

 Dikenali juga sebagai jadual spesifikasi ujian
(JSU)
 Satu blue print ujian / test specification
 Satu matrik yang terdiri dua paksi iaitu paksi
kandungan dan paksi aras kemahiran
 Kandungan merupakan topik dalam sukatan
pelajaran manakala aras kemahiran merupakan
taksonomi penguasaan
 Dibina setelah penguji dapat menetapkan jenis
dan kandungan ujian
 Membantu penggubal membina item soalan

 Gambaran tentang bilangan soalan dan aras
kesukaran dalam satu ujian
 Merangka secara nyata bidang yang akan diuji

Langkah-langkah Pembinaan
JPU
 Pilih hasil pembelajaran yang hendak diuji
 Senaraikan isi atau kandungan pembelajaran
 Bina carta dua hala
 Tentukan nombor item yang akan dibina mengikut
aras kemahiran
 Tentukan bilangan item soalan mencukupi untuk
mengukur pencapaian murid
 Semak semula jenis item/soalan yang telah
ditetapkan samada menepati kehendak
objektifkurikulum

DIMENSI DALAM JPU

 Kandungan ujian – berdasarkan sukatan

pelajaran atau huraian sukatan pelajaran dan
buku teks yang digunakan, meliputi i – skop atau
kedalamannya ii – bilangan item
untuk setiap tajuk iii – wajaran
 Kemahiran – meliputi aras kemahiran yang diuji
( selalunya menggunakan teksonomi Bloom)

 Jenis dan jumlah item – berdasarkan tujuan ujian,
kegunaan ujian, siapa yang mengambil ujian,
jenis soalan ( samada item objektif, struktur atau
esei ) dan aras kesukran
 Wajaran – peratusan item ikut bahagian atau
tajuk berdasarkan masa pengajaran bagi setiap
tajuk

 Dalam konteks pendidikan di Malaysia
kebanyakan ujian bilik darjah adalah berbentuk
pencapaian iaitu ujian untuk menentukan setakat
mana murid telah menguasai apa yang telah
diajar. Oleh itu ujian mestilah bersifat
‘representative’ kurikulum sekolah
