 Pengertian Noun Phrase

 Noun Phrase adalah phrase (frasa bahasa Inggris) hasil penggabungan noun (kata benda), pronoun (kata ganti
benda), atau number (berfungsi sebagai head) dengan satu atau lebih modifier.
  
 Frasa bahasa Inggris ini digunakan ketika single noun (kata benda tunggal) tidak cukup spesifik untuk mengarah
kepada suatu kata benda. Frasa ini dapat dibedakan menjadi basic dan complex noun phrase.
The fair-skinned woman with a red shirt and black skirt is my sister.
(Wanita berkulit terang dengan kemeja merah dan rok hitam itu adalah saudara

 Basic noun phrase adalah noun phrase yang terdiri dari determiner (predeterminer, central determiner,

dan/atau post determiner) dan head (noun, number, atau adjective).
