Tujuan

Sistem drainase untuk lapangan olah raga bertujuan untuk

mengeringkan lapangan olah raga agar tidak terjadi genangan air
apabila terjadi hujan. Genangan akan mengganggu dan
membahayakan pemakai lapangan.

Kriteria Perencanaan

Konstruksi sistem drainase diusahakan agar dapat

mengeringkan dengan cepat, tetapi tidak
mengganggu pertumbuhan rumput.

Daerah yang akan ditangani cukup luas dan tidak

memungkinkan untuk dibuat suatu lubang
pemasukan (inlet). Limpasan permukaan sekecil

 A. PENGERTIAN DRAINASE JALAN RAYA

Drainase jalan mengandung pengertian membuang atau

mengalirkan air (air hujan, air limbah, atau air tanah) ke tempat

maksud untuk melindungi tanah dasar atau pondasi
jalan dari pengaruh air tanah agar perkerasan jalan
dapat terjaga fungsinya dengan baik, selain itu juga
berfungsi mempertahankan dinding penahan tanah
atau lereng agar tetap stabil

 2.Sistem drainase bawah permukaan

Jika drainase bawah permukaan tidak dipersiapkan dengan baik, maka pada kondisi tertentu, daya dukung tanah
dasar maupun pondasi jalan akan menurun. Daya dukung tanah dasar akan menurun apabila tanah dasar tersebut
jenuh dengan air akibat naiknya air kapiler dari permukaan air tanah ke tanah dasar.
