1. Menelusuri Kas dan Modal Kerja Bersih
Aset Lancar Adalah uang tunai atau kas kekayaan lain yang
diharapkan bisa dikonversi menjadi kas maupun
dijual/dikonsumsi habis dalam waktu tidak lebih dari satu tahun
buku. Kriteria aset lancar bersifat liquid atau mudah dicairkan
serta memiliki manfaat dibawah satu tahun buku

Modal Kerja Bersih = Aset Lancar – Liabilitas Lancar

Modal Kerja Bersih = Ekuitas + Liabilitas Jangka Panjang – Aset Tetap

Modal Kerja Bersih + Aset Tetap = Liabilitas Jangka Panjang +

 2. Siklus Operasi dan Siklus Kas
Operating Cycle adalah rentang waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk membeli, menjual
persediaan, dan menerima pembayaran dari penjualan tersebut.
Siklus tersebut terbagi menjadi 2 yakni:
Waktu yang dibutuhkan sejak membeli persediaan sampai dengan menjualnya
atau disebut sebagai inventory period/inventory days;

Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menjual persediaan hingga menerima

pembayaran dari penjualan atau disebut sebagai account receivable
period/account receivable days.

Cash Cycle adalah jumlah hari yang dibutuhkan mulai dari membayar persediaan
hingga menerima kas dari pelanggan

• Umumnya diukur dengan membandingkan total aset
lancar dengan pendapatan perusahaan

yang tinggi, dan sebaliknya
• Kebijakan pendanaan jangka pendek yang terbatas
akan memiliki rasio aset lancar terhadap pendapatan
yang rendah

SALDO KAS

Penentuan target saldo kas merupakan trade off

antara opportunity cost yang timbul karena
memegang kas terlalu banyak,dan trading cost
yang muncul karena memegang kas dalam jumlah
sedikit.

Implikasinya: Trading cost menurun dengan peningkatan saldo kas karena perusahaan tidak
harus sering melakukan penjualan sekuritas jangka pendek.

Opportunity cost meningkat dengan peningkatan saldo kas karena perusahaan

tidak menginvestasikan saldo kas yang dimiliki.

Syarat penjualan timbul saat terjadinya

penjualan apakah tunai atau kredit, jika
penjualan dilakukan secara kredit maka
perusahaan akan melakukan:

 Untuk invoice Non PO, Invoice harus mendapat persetujuan dan

sebelum diserahkan ke Finance Departement.
Kebijakan-Kebijakan  Sebelum memproses invoice Non PO tersebut, Finance Controller telah
Hutang Dagang menyetujui invoice Non PO tersebut dan memastikan bahwa biaya-
biaya tersebut telah sesuai dengan budget yang telah disetujui.
 Jika Invoice Non PO tidak masuk dalam budget atau nilai invoice diatas
budget, maka diperlukan persetujuan atas biaya-biaya tersebut melalui
Dept.Head masing-masing dan Finance Controller dan CFO.
 Term of Payment (TOP) atau jangka waktu pembayaran hutang kepada
supplier adalah sesuai kontrak dan sejak tanggal diterimanya invoice/
tanda terima faktur oleh Finance Departement.
