 SOAL TES SKRINING
1. Sebuah Tes Skrining untuk suatu penyakit yang baru ditemukan sedang dievaluasi keefektifan dan
sensitivitasnya. Tes yang baru tersebut dilakukan pada 880 pekerja. Dan didapatkan fakta bahwa 120 orang
yang didiagnosis Terkena penyakit, hasil ujinya Positif. Sedangkan Lima Puluh orang yang terkena
penyakit, menunjukkan hasil uji yang Negatif. Dan terdapat 40 orang yang tidak terkena penyakit, hasil
ujinya Positif. Berdasarkan Informasi tersebut, maka :
Identifikasikan jumlah orang-orang / pekerja yang masuk dalam kategori : True Positive ; False Positive;
False Negative dan True Negative…!!!
Hitunglah presentase Sensitivitasnya…!!!
Tentukan berapa Spesivisitasnya…!!!
Berapakah nilai prediktif  positifnya…?
Berapakah nilai prediktif  negatifnya…?
 JAWABAN
1. True Positif= 120 org
True Negatif= 670 org
False Positif= 40 org
False negatif= 50 org

TP / (TP+FN) = 120 / (120+50) x 100 % = 70,5 %
3. Spesivitas
TN / (FP+TN) = 670 / (40+670) x 100 % = 94 %
4. Nilai Prediktif Positif
TP / (TP+FP) = 120 / (120+40) x 100 % = 75 %
5. Nilai Prediktif Negatif
TN / (FN+TN) = 670 / (50+670) x 100 % = 93 %
 SOAL TES SKRINIG
Suatu Mass Screening dilakukan pada 12.400 wanita usia subur yang berada pada
suatu kabupaten. Setelah 3 tahun, dari 8.250 WUS yang termasuk kelompok
dengan hasil uji/tes skrining Negatif dilaporkan sejumlah 7.500 orang Tidak
mengidap Penyakit. Sedangkan dari 2.075 orang yang merupakan kelompok
Wanita Usia Subur yang didiagnosa menderita penyakit,
dikonfirmasi 750 diantaranya hasil ujinya Negatif. Berdasarkan informasi yang
seperti ini, maka :

- Tentukan berapa jumlah WUS yang dikategorikan sebagai : True Negative, True
Positive, False Negatif, False Positive..!!!
- Hitunglah besar Sensitivitasnya dan spesifisitasnya …!!!
 JAWABAN
1. a) True Negatif : 7500  
b) True Positif : 1325
c) False Positif : 2075
d) False Negatif :1500

2. Sensitifitas = TP/(TP+FN) x 100%

= x 100%
= 46,90%

3. Spesivitas = x 100%
= x 100 %
= 78,3%

Dari suatu Uji Skrining untuk penyakit Ca. Serviks yang dilakukan pada 10.000 wanita
usia 45 – 60 tahun disebuah Propinsi didapatkan hasil bahwa 98 dari 164 orang yang
dinyatakan Positif oleh hasil Uji/Tes merupakan bagian dari 9.850 orang yang
dinyatakan Tidak Menderita Ca. Serviks oleh diagnosis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut,
maka :

1. Tentukan jumlah wanita usia 45 – 60 tahun yang dikelompokkan sebagai : False

Positive, True Negative, True Positive, dan False Negative…!!!
2. Bagaimanakah Tingkat Validitas Tes Skrining ini…? Tentukan presentasenya masing
– masing…!!!

1. True positif (a) = 66 org
False positif (b) = 98 org
False negatif (c) = 84 org
True negatif (d)= 9752 org

2. Tingkat validitas :
Sensitifitas = TP / TP+ FN x 100%
= 66 / 66+84 x 100%
= 0,44
= 44%
Spesifisitas = TN / FP+TN x100%
= 9752 / 9850 x 100%
= 0,99
= 99%
