 Latar Belakang

CPNS merupakan bagian dari ASN yang harus melewati masa

prajabatan atau masa percobaan selama satu tahun melalui proses
pendidikan dan pelatihan. Dalam Peraturan Lembaga Administrasi
Negara Republik Indonesia No. 10 tahun 2021 menjelaskan
Pelatihan dasar CPNS adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam masa
prajabatan yang dilakukan secara terintegrasi untuk membangun
integrasimoral, kejujuran, semangat dan motivasi nasionalisme dan
kebangsaan, karakter kepribadian yang unggul dan
bertanggungjawab, dan memperkuat profesionalisme serta
kompetensi bidang (PerLAN Nomor 10tahun 2021).
- Undang-Undang Nomor 44 tahun 2009 menjelaskan bahwa Rumah
Sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan
pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan
pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawad darurat.
- RSUD Kabupaten WAKATOBI merupakan penyelenggara pelayanan
kesehatan di daerah Kabupaten WAKATOBI dan merupakan milik
Pemda yang berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi
masyarakat. Berbicara tentang sasaran keselamatan pasien di Rumah
Sakit ada enam poin yang perlu ditingkatkan salah satunya
peningkatan keamanan obat agar tidak terjadi medication eror.
- Medication eror memiliki peluang yang tinggi terjadi di RSUD
Kabupaten WAKATOBI terkhusus unit Instalasi Gawat Darurat karena
beberapa faktor yang tidak terlaksana dengan baik misalnya belum
optimalnya komunikasi efektif antar sesama petugas dan antar petugas
dan pasien, beban kerja perawat IGD, serta penerapan prinsip 7 benar
pemberian obat belum dilakukan dengan baik

+ Ctrl V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac.
● Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing
“Ungroup”.
● Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket.
● Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped
points of its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow).
Remember to hold Shift while dragging to keep the proportions.
● Group the elements again by selecting them, right-clicking and choosing
“Group”.
● Repeat the steps above with the other parts and when you’re done editing,
copy the end result and paste it into your presentation.
