2.PJ ADMEN WAJIB MEMBUAT LIST TIAP BULAN PPT INI DIKUMPULKAN
BERSAMAAN DENGAN LAPORAN BULANAN.
3.INDIKATOR DIISI SESUAI TARGET % DAN CAKUPAN MASING 2X PROGRAM (
LIHAT RENTRA DINKES YANG SUDAH DISHARE OLEH KAPKM DI WAG PKM )
4.SETELAH TABEL DIISI GRADDING MASALAH YANG PALING JADI NO 1, 2 DAN
3…INGAT HANYA 3 SAJA ,,JANGAN SEMUA INDIKATOR YA
