Komposisi :
Tiap 50 mg tablet mengandung :
Metoklopramid .....10 mg

Indikasi :
Antiemetikum, pencegahan mual dan muntah;
paska operasi, akibat kemoterapi kanker, mereda-
kan gejala gastroparesis akut dan rekuren, rasa
panas pada ulu hati dan keterlambatan pengosongan
lambung yang menyertai refluk eksofagitis.


Kontra Indikasi :
Hipersensitifitas terhadap metoklopramid, pende-
rita epilepsi, atau penderita yang memakai obat lain
yang serupa.

Dosis :
Dewasa : 3x10 mg/hari
Anak-anak :5-15 tahun 0,5 mg/kg BB/hari dalam
dosis terbagi

Peringatan dan Perhatian :
Gangguan fungsi ginjal lansia

Efek Samping :
Sedasi dan gelisah berhubung metoklopramid dapat
melintasi rintangan darah otak, gangguan lambung
usus, serta gangguan ekstrapiramidal terutama pada
anak-anak.

Penyimpanan :
Simpan di tempat sejuk (15 - 25C) dan kering,
terlindung dari cahaya.

Ingridients :
Each 50 mg tablet contains :
Metoclopramide .......10 mg

Indication :
Antiemetikum, prevention of postoperative nausea
and vomiting, caused by cancer chemotherapy, re-
lieve gastroparesis symptoms of acute and recurrent,
burning sensation in the pit of the stomach, and delay
in gastric emptiness accompanying reflux oesophagi-
tis.

Contra Indications :
Hypersensitivity to metoclopramide, patients with
epilepsy or patients using other drugs that are similar.

Dossage :
Adult : 3x10 mg/day
Children : 5-15 years, 0,5 mg/kg BB/day in di-
vides doses

Caution and Attention :
Disfunction kidney for elderly

Side Effects :
Sedation and restlessness cause metoclopramide can
cross the blood brain barrier, gastrointestinal disor-
ders and disturbances extrapiramidal especially in
children.

Storage :
Store in cool (15- 25C) and dry, protected from light.
