Parameter
Konsep sistem tahun 2014 sudah memiliki parameter yang terukur dan
relevan dengan tujuan HMTI yaitu Solid dan Adaktif. Tahun ini parameter
tersebut akan tetap dipertahankan, namun untuk sub parameter perlu
ditambahkan beberapa hal terutama untuk Adaktif.
Yaitu : Mengenal Dunia Internasional, Pengajian Isu Nasional, Peningkatan
spritual dan keimanan mahasiswa, dan Mampu konstributif baik lingkup
Jurusan, fakultas ataupun Institut.

Proses

Sistem sebagai tools yang digunakan HMTI untuk mencetak penerus harus
menekankan pada kebutuhan dan perkembangan lingkungan saat ini.
Sistem juga menjadi Jembatan bagi HMTI untuk mencapai Visi dan Misi
serta tujuan HMTI itu sendiri. Penekanan yang harus ditanamkan harus
sesuai semboyan Teknik Industri yaitu Unifier serta menitik beratkan pada
keprofesian Teknik Industri.
