Asap cair merupakan salah satu produk yang sudah banyak dikembangkan

dalam skala industri sebagai pengawet dan smoke flavouring. Produk yang kami
tawarkan adalah sejenis koagulan untuk latex. Banyak petani karet yang belum
mengetahui peran asap cair ini mengingat produk ini mampu mempersingkat waktu
koagulasi secara signifikan, padahal hal ini sangat dibutuhkan mengingat Indonesia
adalah salah satu negara yang mengembangkan perkebunan karet yang sangat
besar. Petani latex umumnya memakai campuran asam asetat untuk koagulasi latex
dengan alasan lebih murah, namun waktu koagulasi dan kualitas karet yang didapat
menurut kami tergolong cukup buruk mengingat asap cair produk kami ini mampu
mempersingkat waktu koagulasi dalam hitungan detik dan kualitas memenuhi
Standar Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 20. Selain pengetahuan masyarakat yang kurang
mengenai penggunaan asap cair, anggapan bahwa produk asap cair ini terlalu
mahal juga menjadi penghambat penggunaan asap cair. Dari anggapan tersebut,
kami juga ingin memberikan inovasi harga yang lebih murah dimana bahan baku
kami berasal dari limbah tandan kelapa sawit yang banyak diperoleh dari pabrik
kelapa sawit di Indonesia terkhusus produksi yang terbesar dari Pulau Sumatera.
Selain harga bahan baku yang murah, kami juga mengoptimalkan proses
pembuatan dari pembelajaran studi kasus maupun penelitian mengenai asap cair.

pengolahan latex.
Useful : Produk Liquid Smoke LiSmo memiliki harga terjangkau dan mudah
didapatkan masyarakat terkhusus petani karet.
Liquid smoke is an example of product that has been popularly developed in
industrial process as food preservative and smoke flavouring. The product that we
offer is a type coagulant of latex. Indonesia is one of the country that develops a
very wide rubber plantation , but many rubber farmers dont know the effect of
liquid smoke that significantly shorten coagulation time of latex. The rubber farmer
usually use a mixture of acetic acid for coagulation to the latex because cheaper
cost of use, but we considered the coagulation time and the quality of latex that
obtained is quite bad. The product that we are offering is able to shorten the

coagulation time and the standard of quality follows Standard Indonesian Rubber
(SIR) 20. Other than the lack of public knowledge about the use of liquid smoke, the
assumption that the product is too expensive also become an obstacle to the use of
liquid smoke. From these assumptions, we also want to give innovation like cheaper
price because our raw materials came from waste that derived from palm bunches
that obtainable in palm oil industry, especially its largest production in Sumatra
Island. In addition, we also optimize the manufacture process from studies and
research on liquid smoke. Finally, we identify our products needs:
