Pelajaran Produktif Terhadap Keberhasilan
Praktek Kerja Industri Program Teknik Audio
Video (TAV) Kelas XII di SMKN 1 Koto XI
Tarusan
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan seberapa besar kontribusi Minat
Kerja dan Penguaaan Mata Pelajaran Produktif secara bersama-sama maupun
parsial terhadap Keberhasilan Praktek Kerja Industri. Populasi dan sampel
penelitian ini berjumlah 31 Siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah
sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel apabila semua populasi
dijadikan sampel dan dikenal juga dengan istilah sensus. Data minat kerja
dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebar kepada Siswa kelas XII program
keahlian TAV SMKN 1 Koto XI dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang telah
diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Sedangkan data penguasaan mata pelajaran
produktif dan Keberhasilan praktek kerja industri diambil dari nilai rata-rata Akir
yang didpat oleh siswa.
Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa bahwa (1) Minat kerja dan
penguasan mata pelajaran produktif secara bersama-sama berkontribusi secara
signifikan terhadap keberhasilan praktek kerja industri sebesar 42,3%, (2) Minat
kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap keberhasilan praktek kerja industri
siswa kelas XII Program keahlian TAV di SMKN1 Koto XI Tarusan sebesar
20,07%, (3) Penguasan mata pelajaran produktif berkontribusi secara signifikan
terhadap terhadap keberhasilan praktek kerja industri siswa kelas XII Program
keahlian TAV di SMKN1 Koto XI Tarusan sebesar sebesar 16,81%.
Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Minat kerja dan Penguasan mata pelajaran
produktif secara bersama-sama maupun parsial terhadap keberhasillan praktek
kerja industri siswa kelas XII Program keahlian TAV di SMKN1 Koto XI Tarusan
tahun ajaran 2015/2016, semakin baik Minat kerja dan semakin optimal
penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif, maka semakin pula keberhasilan praktek
kerja industrinya.

The purpose of this study to reveal the contribution of Working Interests and
Penguaaan Subjects Productive together and partially to success Industrial Work
Practices. Population and sample of this research is 31 students. The sampling
technique used is saturated sampling, ie sampling technique when all the
population sampled and also known as the census. Working interest data collected
through questionnaires that were distributed to students of class XII TAV skills
program SMK 1 Koto XI by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity
and reliability. While the data subject mastery productive and successful working
practices drawn from the industry average value akir that didpat by students.
The results of data analysis showed that that (1) Interest and mastery of
subjects work productively together contribute significantly to the success of the
industry practice of 42.3%, (2) working interest in contributing significantly to
the success of the industry practice of students of class XII program TAV expertise
in SMKN1 Koto XI Tarusan of 20.07%, (3) mastery of subjects productively
contribute significantly to the success of the industry work practices class XII
student membership program TAV in SMKN1 Koto XI Tarusan amounted at
16.81%.
So it can be concluded that the interests of labor and mastery of subjects
productively together and partially to keberhasillan practice industry working
class XII student membership program TAV in SMKN1 Koto XI Tarusan the
academic year 2015/2016, the better the interest in the work and the more optimal
productive mastery of subjects , then the more is the success of the practice of the
industry.
