Contractorshall, with its equipment facilities, tools,
instruments,materials,supplies,hereinaftercalled the
"Equipment",and its employee,hereinaftercalled the
"Personnel",for the performanceof soil conductivity
test at CompanyOperationUnit in Riau province,as
requested by Company in accordanceto ASTM
standards with the terms and conditions of this
Contract,hereinaftercalledthe "Services".
Kontraktor harus, dengan perlengkapan,fasilitas,
peralatan, perkakas, material, perbekalan,
selanjutnya disebut "Perlengkapan", dan
pegawainya, selanjutnya disebut "Personil",
melaksanakanJasa-jasa pengujian konduktivitas
tanah,di Unit OperasiPerusahaan di provinsi Riau,
sebagaimanadiminta oleh Perusahaan,dengan
mengacu kepada standar-standarASTM sesuai
dengan syarat-syaratdan ketentuan-ketentuandari
Kontrakini, selanjutnyadisebut"Jasa-jasa".
