Today Adiputro has two factories operating in an area of

100,000 m2 Malang (Malang AP) and Bekasi area 26.000m2
(PFM Bekasi), as well as two offices in Jakarta and Malang,
Malang Adiputro Plant and Bekasi is a plant with a production
capacity of 200 units bus bus and minibus 600 units in a month.
There are three advantages bus Adiputro production; for
example, applying air suspension technology (in this case
Adiputro cooperate with producers of the famous German), as
well as a full monocoque body pressed components.
Adiputro also manufacture products according to consumer
demand (costumed made). In producing products costumed

Hari ini AdiPutro memiliki dua pabrik yang beroperasi di Malang seluas
100.000 m2 (AP Malang) dan Bekasi seluas 26.000m2 (PKP Bekasi),
serta dua kantor di Jakarta dan Malang, Pabrik AdiPutro di Malang dan
Bekasi adalah pabrik dengan kapasitas produksi bus sebanyak 200 units
bus dan 600 units minibus dalam satu bulan.

air suspension (dalam hal ini AdiPutro bekerja sama dengan produsenprodusen Jerman yang terkenal), monocoque serta full pressed body
komponen.
AdiPutro juga memproduksi produk-produk sesuai permintaan konsumen
(costumed made). Dalam memproduksi produk-produk costumed made,
AdiPutro selalu memberikan konsultasi dan pengarahan profesional

sehingga para konsumen mampu mewujudkan produk yang sesuai

dengan kebutuhan mereka.

Quality Control. AdiPutro tidak pernah membuat klasifikasi dalam
standard produk mereka. AdiPutro hanya menerapkan satu standarisasi
atau kelas, yakni standard kualitas AdiPutro. AdiPutro sangat konsisten
dalam menjaga kualitas produk mereka. Salah satu rangkaian kontrol
yang mereka terapkan adalah tes lintas Sumatra yang penuh tantangan.
Jika bus produk AdiPutro sudah berhasil melalui lika-liku medan yang
berat, produk ini akan dinyatakan siap untuk diproduksi.
Teknologi. AdiPutro menjadi satu-satunya Karoseri yang memiliki hak
cipta untuk Design Frame sehubungan dengan teknologi air suspension
yang diterapkan pada bus produksi mereka. Frame khusus yang
diciptakan AdiPutro dikenal sangat nyaman. Tidak hanya itu, AdiPutro
sangat didukung kualitas peralatan berteknologi tinggi di pabrik mereka.
