SUMMARY
Eggplant is one vegetable that consumer demand for fiber and vitamins.
Efforts to be made to increase production, is through intensification or
extensification,
(1) Assess the growth and production of eggplant in various doses
mycorrhizal biofertilizer agented Bacillus subtilis B46, (2) Assessing the growth and
production of eggplant on different doses of NPK, (3) Assessing the growth and
production of eggplant in the Ultisol due to the influence of the interaction between
mycorrhizal biofertilizer doses agented Bacillus subtilis B-46 and NPK fertilizer. The
experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty
of Agriculture, University Jenderal Soedirman and land sub Srowot, Kalibagor,
Banyumas. The study was conducted during the four months from May to August
2012. This research is compiled factorial experiment with randomized block design
(RBD) with three replications. Factors that tested doses mycorrhizal biofertilizer-
Bacillus sp (2.5 g / plant, 5 grams / plant and 7.5 g / plant), and NPK fertilizer with
doses of 0%, 50% and 100% of recommended doses. The data were obtained was
analyzed by F test, if there is a diversity of different test followed by HSD 5% level
and the regression.
