Kegiatan 3. Osmosis
1. Bersihkan kentang dari kulitnya.
2. Potong kentang dengan ukuran 11 cm sebanyak 3 potong.
3. Keringkan kentang dengan tissue lalu ditimbang.
4. Ambillah larutan yang sudah disediakan di masing-masing gelas kimia sebanyak
20 ml dan beri tanda untuk setiap larutan.
5. Masukkan potongan kentang ke masing-masing gelas kimia yang telah diberi
tanda secara bersamaan, untuk gelas kimia A (larutan glukosa 30%), gelas kimia
B (larutan glukosa 5%), dan gelas kimia C (aquades). ```````
6. Rendamlah potongan kentang tersebut selama 20 menit.
7. Setelah 20 menit angkatlah kemudian simpan di atas tissue.
8. Periksa keadaan kentang tersebut, kemudian timbang ulang kentang tersebut dan
catat hasilnya.
