ABSTRAK

Judul : Asuhan Keluarga bapak D khususnya ibu A yang mempunyai
masalah kesehatan stroke dengan masalah keperawatan hambatan
mobilitas fisik di RT 01 RW 03 Kel. Tugu Kec. Cimanggis Kota
Depok.

Stroke merupakan penyebab ketiga kematian di Indonesia. Salah satu gejala umum
pada klien stroke adalah hemiparesis. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya
penurunan kekuatan otot yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan melakukan
aktivitas sehari-hari. Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan asuhan
keperawatan keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan pasca stroke dengan masalah
keperawatan hambatan mobilitas fisik dengan pengkhususan intervensi kepada
latihan berjalan dengan benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Karya
Tulis Ilmiah ini yaitu dengan desain studi kasus. Latihan teknik berjalan dengan Commented [v1]: Dx kep nya belum dimasukkan
benar merupakan salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang dapat meningkatkan
kekuatan otot dan mencegah komplikasi yang lain. Hasil yang didapat menunjukan
adanya peningkatan kekuatan otot setelah latihan berjalan.

Kata kunci : Hemiparesis, kesehatan, teknik berjalan, stroke.

Stroke is the third cause of mortality in Indonesia. One of the most frequent
symptoms in stroke patient is hemiparese. The condition could lead the decreasing
muscles strength which could cause disability in doing activity of daily living. This
scientific paper is aim to implementing nursing intervention of the health problem
from stroke patient with nursing problem is obstacles to physical mobility which is
specializing to exercise of walking technique rightly. The author used the case
method to complied this scientific paper.
The exercise of walking technique is one of nursing intervention which has ability to
increase the strength of muscle and prevent from an other complications. The result
shows that theres an increasing muscles strength on the patient after exercise.
