ABSTRAK

PT. ANTAM Tbk, UBPN Sultra adalah salah satu perusahaan negara

dibawah naungan BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) yang bergerak

dibidang pertambangan nikel, terletak di Kecamatan Pomalaa, Kabupaten

Kolaka, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.

Tidak tercapainya target produksi 57.300 ton/bulan, dimana data

aktual produksi pada bulan Februari adalah 36.957,92 ton/bulan. Hsl ini

disebabkan oleh kurang disiplinnya kedatangan para pekerja ke lokasi,

banyak para pekerja melakukan istirahat dalam bekerja, sering terjadi

genangan air di front penambangan yang membuat kegiatan penambangan

pada front terhenti dan lamanya PC menunggu DT saat beroperasi.

Dari analisa data diatas penulis memberikan 2 solusi untuk

mendapatkan efektivitas penambangan. Pertama pengoptimalan jam kerja

efektif PC Hitachi 350 Zaxis dan DT Hino 260 JD dan yang kedua

pengoptimalan banyak unit alat dump truck yang dibutuhkan pada PT.

Antam Tbk. Dari kedua solusi tersebut hamya dengan penambahan DT

target perusahaan tercapai yaitu 58.402,08 ton/bulan.

 ABSTRACT

PT. ANTAM Tbk, UBPN Sultra is one of the state companies under the

auspices of BUMN (State Owned Enterprises) engaged in nickel mining, located

in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Not achieving the production target of 57,300 tons / month, where the

actual data production in February was 36,957.92 tons / month. This was caused

by the lack of discipline in the arrival of workers to the location, many of the

workers took a break from work, there was often a puddle on the mining front

which caused mining activities on the front to stop and the length of time the PC

waited for the DT to operate.

From the data analysis above, the writer provides 2 solutions to obtain

mining effectiveness. First, optimization of effective Hitachi PC working hours

350 Zaxis and DT Hino 260 JD and the second is optimizing many units of dump

truck equipment needed at PT. Antam Tbk. Of the two solutions, the addition of

the company's target DT was reached, namely 58,402.08 tons / month.
