5. Ikhtisar Jabatan :
Mengkoordinasikan dokumen persuratan; penyusunan rencana
kebutuhan barang unit dan rencana tahunan barang unit (RKBU dan
RTBU); pengelolaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, inventarisasi,
pemeliharaan, distribusi bahan dan penghapusan barang unit;
perjalanan dinas, pelayanan akomodasi tamu, hubungan masyarakat
dan keprotokolan; usulan mutasi kepegawaian, meliputi usulan
kepangkatan dalam jabatan, kenaikan gaji berkala, pemindahan,
pemberhentian dan pensiun pegawai; pembinaan pegawai meliputi
pembinaan disiplin, pengawasan melekat, kesejahteraan, pemberian
tanda jasa/penghargaan dan kedudukan hukum pegawai; tata usaha
kepegawaian dan absensi; penyusunan program kegiatan evaluasi,
dokumentasi dan pelaporan; penyusunan petunjuk teknis kegiatan
evaluasi dokumentasi dan pelaporan serta unsur organisasi dinas;
Mengevaluasi penyusunan kegiatan dinas; mengkoordinasikan
dokumen pelaksanaan kegiatan dinas; pelaporan kegiatan dinas;
mengevaluasi dengan unit kerja/instansi terkait dalam rangka
pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pelaporan dinas; mengevaluasi laporan
pelaksanaan tugas.
