Kota Palopo Tahun 2019.
Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.35 tahun 2014
mengenai Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian, Apoteker memiliki tugas
dalam memberikan pelayanan obat dan pelayanan farmasi klinik.
Pelayanan farmasi klinik dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien
dalam penggunaan obat sehingga dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan
terapi pasien. Salah satu kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik adalah
pelayanan informasi obat.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan peran Apoteker
dalam pelayanan informasi obat wilayah Kota Palopo khususnya di
Puskesmas Bara Permai. Metode penelitian bersifat desktiptif kuantitatif
dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner yang
diberikan kepada konsumen atau pasien yang berobat
Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mutu pelayanan tenaga
kefarmasian tentang pemberian informasi obat di Puskesmas Bara Permai
Kota Palopo rata-rata menilai 75% yang berarti sangat baik dalam
pelayanan kefarmasian tentang pemberian informasi obat terhadap pasien
yang berobat di Puskesmas Bara Permai Kota Palopo.
Diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat melakukan analisis
terhadap pemahaman pemberian informasi obat terhadap klien.

of Drug Information by Pharmacists at Pusksesmas Bara Permai Kota Palopo in
2019.
Based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 35 of 2014 concerning
Pharmaceutical Service Standards, Pharmacists have the task of providing drug
services and clinical pharmacy services. Clinical pharmacy services are carried
out to improve patient compliance with drug use so that it can improve the
success of patient therapy. One of the clinical pharmacy service activities is drug
information services.
The purpose of this study was to describe the role of Pharmacists in drug
information services in the Palopo City area, especially at the Bara Permai Health
Center. The research method is quantitative descriptive by using research
instruments in the form of questionnaires given to consumers or patients who
seek treatment
The results of this study indicate that the quality of pharmacy services on
the provision of drug information at the Bara Permai Health Center in Palopo City
averages 75%, which means it is very good in pharmaceutical services about
providing drug information to patients who are treated at the Bara Permai Health
Center in Palopo City.
It is expected that the next researcher can conduct an analysis of the
understanding of drug information giving to clients.
