Purpose of this research to analyze the factors that influence the success
of a regional management information system success with Delone and Mclean
modified approach at government environmental Palangkaraya. The variables
used in this study consisted of a quality system, quality of information, the
importance of the system, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits.
This research uses judgment sampling technique in data collection. Data
which are used are primary data by using questionnaire. The subjects under
investigation were civil servants that used SIMDA. Data analysis uses Structural
Equation Model (SEM) with program SmartPLS 2.0.
The results fidings of this research show that not all accepted hypothesis.
good quality system of SIMDA will affect the use of the system and will give
satisfaction to users. Furthermore, if the user considers the SIMDA important to
improve the performance of both individual and organizational performance, it will
display a sense of satisfaction in using the system. Satisfaction with the use of
SIMDA will impact both for individuals and organizations, namely the
achievement of the organization in terms of financial management, so as to
create transparency and accountability in government Palangkaraya. Another
result of this study showed that the quality of information is not a positive
influence on the use and satisfaction of users. Moreover, despite the existence of
very important SIMDA still make the users do not routinely use the system every
day. This indicates whether or not the user frequently using local management
information system does not have a significant impact for individuals and
organizations (local government).
