ABSTRACT
This research uses a quantitative approach, with the design of path analysis analysis (path
analysis). The population of this research is the students of vocational high school XI of catering
skill package in Malang City which has done the practice of using teaching factory model and
has got the subject of Workshop and Entrepreneurship of 168 students. The sampling technique
used was proportional random sampling, 118 students from two schools. The research instrument
used is a questionnaire
Based on the results of research and conclusion, the results obtained as follows: (1)
teaching factory contribute significantly to the mindset of entrepreneurs; (2) entrepreneurial
knowledge contributes significantly to the entrepreneurial mindset; (3) teaching factories and
entrepreneurial knowledge contribute significantly simultaneously to the entrepreneurial
mindset; (4) teaching factories contribute significantly to the readiness of entrepreneurship; (5)
entrepreneurial knowledge contributes significantly to the readiness of entrepreneurship; (6)
students' entrepreneur mindset contribute significantly to the readiness of entrepreneurship; (7)
teaching factory, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset contribute significantly
simultaneously to the readiness of the entrepreneur. The conclusion is the contribution of
teaching factory and entrepreneurial knowledge through the formation of entrepreneurial mindset
can improve students entrepreneurship readiness.
