Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bajoe Kabupaten Bone Tahun 2016 (dibimbing oleh Ridwan Amiruddin dan Masni)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan
minum obat terhadap status hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bajoe Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bajoe Kabupaten Bone Tahun 2015. Sampel adalah pasien hipertensi primer yang mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 310 responden. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan komputerisasi dengan aplikasi SPSS dengan uji chi square dan uji logistic regression. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis stratifikasi untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel independen utama dengan variabel dependen distandarisasi berdasarkan masing-masing variabel kovariat potensial confounder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak patuh minum obat lebih banyak mengalami hipertensi (66,7%). Ketidakpatuhan minum obat yang mengalami hipertensi lebih banyak pada usia lanjut (73,1%), perempuan sama dengan laki-laki (66,7%), ada riwayat keluarga (73,7%), mengkonsumsi makanan asin (67,1%), merokok (67,4%), tidak aktif melakukan aktivitas fisik (69,6%), dan obes (89,2%). Kesimpulannya adalah umur, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, mengkonsumsi makanan asin, kebiasaan merokok, aktivitas fisik dan obesitas merupakan variabel yang mempengaruhi antara kepatuhan minum obat dengan status hipertensi. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap status hipertensi adalah kepatuhan minum obat.

This study aimed to understand the relation between compliance of
taking medicine and the hypertension status at the Bajoe Public Health Centre Of Bone Regency . The type study of used was an observational analytic through a cross sectional study design. Population of the study was all hypertension patients in working area of Public Health Center of Bajoe Bone regency in 2015. Samples were primary hypertension patients consuming anti hypertension medicine. The number of samples was 310 respondents whom were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed through a SPSS program with logistic regression test. Further stratification analysis to evaluate the relationship between the main independent variable and dependent variable was standardized by each covariate variables potential confounder. The result of the study demonstrated that respondents who were not compliant in taking medicine were more susceptible experiencing hypertension (66.7%). Incompliance in taking medicine who experienced hypertension was found mostly on elderly (73,1%), females were the same as males (66.7%), family history (73.7%), consuming salty food (67.1%), smoking (67.4%), tendency not to participate in physical activity (69.6%), and obesity (89.2%). This study concluded that age, sex, family history, salty food intake, smoking habit, physical exercise and obesity were true as variables affecting between reliance in taking medicine and hypertension status. The most affecting variable for hypertension was reliance in taking medicine.
