ABSTRACT
Ningrum Wulansari Heriyono, 2018, The author takes the title "Implementation of
Internal Control System Food Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Andi Makkasau
Parepare". Thesis Accounting Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business,
University of Muhammadiyah Pare Pare (UMPAR). The purpose of this study was to
determine how the internal control system of the administration of the Regional General
Hospital food Parepare. The benefits of this research are the benefits of practical and
theoretical benefits. Practical benefits that this research is expected to add input or as
consideration for the hospital and the benefits theoretically that is expected to add insight
on Internal Control System Implementation of Food in Hospitals so as to strengthen the
application of theory to practice that occurred in the field and is expected to add insight
into Implementation of Internal control Over Food A.Makkasau Parepare hospitals, as
well as the expected results of this study can be used as an ingredient referansi in future
research. To obtain the results of this study then analyzed the internal control system for
managing the organization of hospital food A.Makkasau Parepare. This study used
qualitative methods such as analysis of sources related to the research. The method of
data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis, namely data
analysis by providing an explanation of the variables under study conformed to the actual
conditions. As for the other notion of descriptive qualitative study using a procedure
descriptive data in the form of written or oral statements from people and offenders can
be observed. This study uses the approach to the method of observation interviews and
documentation to parties associated with hospitals A.Makkasau Parepare. After a
thorough analysis of the obtained results of that analysis on the Implementation of the
internal control system A.Makkasau Parepare Hospital food has gone well as the
Government Regulation No. 60 of 2008.
