Mekanisme kerja :
Sulfametoksazole menghambat masuknya molekul
PABA (para amino benzoid acid) kedalam molekul
asam folat dan trimetoprim menghambat terjadinya
reaksi reduktase dan dihidrofolat menjadi tetrahidrofolat
Farmakokinetik :
Obat ini diserap dari lambung dan usus halus serta
didistribusikan secara luas kejaringan tubuh.
Sulfametoksazole mudah diserap dari saluran gas usus
dan konsentrasi plasma puncak tercapai sekitar 2 jam.

Simpan ditempat yang kering, sejuk, dan terhindar
sinar matahari dan suhu tidak lebih dari 25˚C
