The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence
between Leadership and Motivation on Productive Behavior. Leadership is a
determining factor in influencing organizational performance to achieve
expected goals, in its application the role of leadership is generally defined as a
process of influencing the activities of individuals or groups to achieve certain
goals. Motivation is a condition that drives employees directed to achieve
organizational goals, mental attitude is a mental condition that drives employees
to try to achieve maximum work performance. Productive behavior is the basis
for shaping labor productivity, therefore the notion of productive behavior is
inseparable from the notion of productivity itself. The number of samples in this
study were 54 employees consisting of 46 teachers and 8 educational staff at
SMK Widya Dirgantara, Bandung. The method used in this study uses the Path
Analysis approach with the help of SPSS 23.0 statistical software. Referring to
the regression output in the Coefficients table section, it can be seen that the
significance value of the Leadership variable (X1) of 0.488 is greater than 0.05.
This result concludes that the Leadership variable (X1) partially does not
significantly influence the Productive Behavior variable (Y ). As for the
significance value of the Motivation variable (X2) of 0,001 less than 0.05 these
results conclude that the Motivation variable (X2) partially has a significant
effect on the Productive Behavior variable (Y). The amount of R2 or R Square in
the Summary Model table above is 0.214, this shows that the contribution or
contribution of the influence of the variables X1 and X2 to Y is 21.4% while the
remaining 78.6% is the contribution of the variables which is not researched.
