Keluhan utama :
Sesak berat.

Riwayat Penyakit Sekarang :

Sesak hilang timbul sejak ± 2013. Sesak biasa berobat ke puskesmas. Malam
sejak masuk rumah sakit sesak semakin memberat. Batuk (+) , Dahak (+)
kehijauan kental.

Riwayat penyakit dahulu :

DM (+) , HT (+), Asma (-), Alergi (+), Riwayat rokok (+), sudah berhenti tahun
2014, Riwayat batuk berdarah tahun 2002.
