Kanker Payudara masih menjadi salah satu masalah utama kesehatan

perempuan di dunia, terutama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, semakin
berkembangnya kanker payudara tersebut salah satunya disebabkan oleh
rendahnya pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini kanker payudara. Tujuan penelitian
ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Dengan Sikap Remaja Putri
Tentang Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara di MAN 2 Kota Sukabumi Wilayah Kerja
Puskesmas Sukakarya Kota Sukabumi
Pengetahuan adalah hasil “tahu” dari hasil pengindraan. Sikap adalah
respon terhadap stimulus. SADARI adalah pemeriksaan yang dilakukan sebagai
deteksi dini kanker payudara.
Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan
cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 432 siswi dengan sampel
208 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Proportional Stratified Random
Sampling. Uji validitas Pengetahuan dari 20 item 17 valid dengan r 0.445, dan
sikap dari 15 item seluruhnya valid dengan r 0.888. Analisis data menggunakan
chi square.
Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan sebagian besar responden berpengetahuan
kurang sebanyak (59,6%), dan sebagian besar responden bersikap negatif terhadap
SADARI yaitu sebanyak (57,2 %) dengan P-value = 0.000
Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat Hubungan Pengetahuan
Dengan Sikap Remaja Putri Tentang Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara. Oleh karena
itu diharapkan pihak sekolah bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas terkait untuk
memberikan penyuluhan kepada siswinya tentang kesehatan reproduksi khusunya
tentang SADARI.

Breast Cancer is still one of the main problems of women's health in the
world, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, one of which is the
development of breast cancer, one of which is caused by low knowledge about
early detection of breast cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the
Relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Young Women About Early
Detection of Breast Cancer in MAN 2 Sukabumi Working Area of Sukakarya
Health Center, Sukabumi City.
Knowledge is the result of "knowing" the results of sensing. Attitude is a
response to stimulus. BSE is an examination performed as an early detection of
breast cancer.
The type of this research used is correlational with cross sectional
approach. The population in the study amounted to 432 female students with a
sample of 208 people. The sampling technique is Proportional Stratified Random
Sampling. Validity test Knowledge from 20 items 17 is valid with r 0.445, and the
attitude of 15 items is all valid with r 0.888. Data analysis using chi square.
The results of this study show that most respondents lack knowledge as
much (59.6%), and most respondents are negative towards BSE as much (57.2%)
with P-value = 0.000
The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is a Relationship
between Knowledge and Attitudes of Young Women About Early Detection of
Breast Cancer. Therefore, it is expected that the school collaborates with the
related Puskesmas to provide counseling to their students about reproductive
health specifically about BSE.
