Hubungan Pengetahuan Mobilisasi Dini Pasien Post Operasi Seksio Sesarea

Dengan Pelaksanaan Mobilisasi Dini Pasien Post Operasi Seksio Sesarea di
Ruang RDS RSUD Sekarwangi Kabupaten Sukabumi

Meningkatnya angka kematian ibu dan anak di Indonesia salah satunya

adalah faktor persalinan. Salah satu usaha yang dapat mengurangi angka kematian
ibu dan anak yaitu persalinan secara operasi seksio sesarea. Dalam rangka
pemulihan persalinan secara operasi seksio sesarea ibu harus melaksanakan
mobilisasi dini. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan
pengetahuan dengan pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pasien post operasi seksio
sesarea.
Pengetahuan merupakan hasil tahu seseorang yang melakukan
penginderaan terhadap suatu objek tertentu. Mobilisasi dini disebut juga early
ambulation adalah kebijakan selekas mungkin membimbing klien keluar dari
tempat tidurnya dan selekas mungkin berjalan. Seksio Sesarea adalah suatu cara
melahirkan janin dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding uterus melalui dinding
depan perut atau vagina.
Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian korelasional. Populasinya adalah seluruh
pasien post operasi seksio sesarea sebanyak 229 responden dengan sampel
sebanyak 40 orang. Sampling menggunakan accidental random sampling. Hasil
uji validitas dinyatakan 1 dari 27 item pengetahuan tidak valid, item yang tidak
valid tidak diikutsertakan dalam uji reliabilitas pengetahuan dengan nilai
raliabilitas 0,868 dan variabel pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini dinyatakan valid semua
dengan nilai reliabilitas 0,861. Analisis hipotesis menggunakan Kendall’s Tau.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan pengetahuan mobilisasi dini pasien
post operasi seksio sesarea dengan pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pasien post operasi
seksio sesarea dengan hasil uji Kendall’s Tau menunjukan p-value 0,002 yang
berarti <0,05.
Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan
pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pasien post operasi seksio sesarea. Saran bagi RSUD
Sekarwangi sebagai masukan untuk dapat lebih mengoptimalkan dalam perawatan
ibu post operasi seksio sesarea sebagai upaya pendampingan tindakan mobilisasi
dini.

Increasing maternal and child mortality rate in Indonesia one of them is

labor factor. One attempt to reduce maternal and child mortality is cesarean
section surgery. In the context of recovery of labor by cesarean section, the
mother should perform early mobilization. The purpose of this study is to know
the relationship of knowledge with the implementation of early mobilization of
postoperative patients cesarean section surgery.
Knowledge is the result of knowing a person who senses a particular
object. Early mobilization is also called early ambulation is the policy as soon as
possible to guide clients out of bed and as soon as possible walk. Caesarean
section is a way of giving birth to the fetus by making an incision on the uterine
wall through the front wall of the stomach or vagina.
The type of research is correlational research. The population is all
postoperative patients cesarean section surgery as much as 229 respondents with
a sample of 40 people. Sampling using accidental random sampling. Validity test
results stated 1 of 27 items of knowledge is invalid, invalid items are not included
in the reliability test of knowledge with the value of Reliability 0.866 and variable
implementation of early mobilization declared valid all with reliability value
0.861. Hypothesis analysis using Kendall’s Tau.
The result of the research shows the relation of knowledge of early
mobilization of postoperative patient of cesarean section with the implementation
of early mobilization of postoperative cesarean section patients with Kendall’s
Tau test result shows p-value 0,002 which means <0,05.
The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship of knowledge
with the implementation of early mobilization of postoperative patients cesarean
section. Suggestion for RSUD Sekarwangi as input to be more optimize in care of
post operation mother cesarean section surgery as effort of assisting action of
early mobilization.
