Case :

Anda adalah Mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir ( Skripsi ) dengan Judul

Skripsi “Pengaruh Daya Tahan Stress dana Keberanian Menanggung Resiko terhadap

Keberhasilan Sebagai Entrepreneur Pada Pengusaha Muda dan Pengusaha Senior”.

Untuk keperluan pengumpulan data anda telah membuat alat pengumpul data (skala)

yaitu skala daya tahan stres, skala keberanian menanggung resiko, dan skala keberhasilan

sebagai entrepreneur. Masing-masing skala terdiri dari 20 butir (item) model Likert

dengan skoring 1 hingga 5. Data diperoleh dari 50 Pengusaha Muda dan 50 Pengusaha

Senior.

Tugas :

1. Tulislah semua hipotesis yang mungkin

2. Buat data rekaannya

3. Lakukan analisis data rekaan tersebut dengan program statistisk SPSS

4. Laporkan hasil analisis datanya

5. Lakukan pula analisis data secara manual dan bandingkan

6. Jika ada selisih perhitungan, jelaskan

Dari hasil output didapat Fhitung sebesar 51,828 jauh diatas Ftabel (df = 2;97) sebesar 3,09 pada

tingkat signifikan 0,000. Maka pengaruh variable bebas yang terdiri dari Keberanian

Menanggung resiko dan Daya Tahan Stres secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan

terhadap Keberhasilan sebagai entrepreneur

1. Uji Parsial Pengaruh Daya Tahan Stres terhadap Keberhasilan sebagai entrepreneur.

Dengan menggunakan uji 2 sisi dan tingkat signifikasi α + 5% dapat dilihat dari hasil

perhitungan program SPSS 19.0. diperoleh thitung untuk Daya Tahan Stres sebesar 3,243

lebih besar dari ttabel ( df = 97; α / 2 ) = 1,984 dengan sig. = 0,002 (lebih kecil dari

α=0,50). Dengan demikian pengaruh Daya Tahan Stres terhadap Keberhasilan sebagai

entrepreneur secara parsial adalah signifikan.

Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi Daya Tahan Stres akan berpengaruh

terhadap Keberhasilan sebagai entrepreneur.

 2. Uji Parsial Pengaruh Keberanian Menanggung resiko terhadap Keberhasilan sebagai

entrepreneur.

Keberhasilan sebagai entrepreneur secara parsial adalah signifikan.

Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi Keberanian Menanggung resiko akan

berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan sebagai entrepreneur

c. Hipotesis 3 : Diduga Daya Tahan Stres (X1) atau Keberanian Menanggung Resiko

(X2) Berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap Keberhasilan Sebagai Entrepreneur

Dari korelasi parsial diatas maka dapat diperoleh koefisien determinasi parsial dengan

penjelasan sebagai berikut :

1. Koefisien determinasi parsial variabel Daya Tahan Stres = 0,263 hal ini berarti sekitar

26,3% yang menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi tingkat Daya Tahan Stress terhadap

Keberhasilan Sebagai entrepreneur.

2. Koefisien determinasi parsial variabel tingkat pengetahuan tenaga pendidik = 0,552 hal

ini berarti sekitar 55,2% yang menunjukkan besarnya Keberanian menanggung Resiko

terhadap Keberhasilan Sebagai entrepreneur.

 Dari hasil tersebut di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang mempunyai

pengaruh yang dominan adalah variabel Keberanian menanggung Resiko karena

mempunyai koefisien determinasi partialnya paling besar.

5. Lakukan pula analisis data secara manual dan bandingkan

Hasil diatas mengindikasikan bahwa responden umumnya merasa bahwa sangat setuju

Keberanian Menanggung Resiko memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam Keberhasilan
Sebagai Entrepreneur, Hal ini diketahui berdasarkan pada skor jawaban yang diperoleh

menunjukkan sebagian besar jawaban responden berada pada skor Sangat Setuju dengan total

skor sebesar 65,3 % diatas nilai Variabel yang lain.

Hal ini membuktikan bahwa nilai dari SPSS dan Rekapitulasi Manual memiliki kesamaan

dimana dalam hal ini yang berpengaruh paling dominan dalam Keberhasilan Seorang Pengusaha

sebagai Entrepreneur adalah Tingkat Keberanian Seorang Pengusaha dalam Mengambil Resiko.
