o Pengalaman  : Pernah bekerja di Rumah
Sakit  sekurang-kurangnya 5  tahun sebagai
fungsional dokter spesialis dan pernah aktif o
pada Komite Medis.
o Syarat lain : tidak pernah mendapat sanksi
disiplin oleh MKDKI dan di tindak etik oleh
MKEK
o Pernah mengikuti Workshop SNARS yang
dibuktikan dengan sertifikat.
