THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL CLIMATE ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

Abstract

Theoretically, student learning outcomes are influenced by external factors (from

outside of students), namely the school climate. The more conducive the school
climate, the more effective students absorb learning so that learning outcomes
keep in mind. But learning outcomes are only related to students' intelligence
problems. adequate and pleasant school climate will lead to student motivation in
obtaining optimal learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine
the effect of the school climate on student learning outcomes. The method used in
this study is the study of literature. Based on a discussion of the influence of
school climate on learning outcomes, it can be concluded that a conducive school
climate is a prerequisite for an effective teaching and learning process. A safe and
orderly school environment, optimism, school health and student-centered
activities are examples of school circles that can foster students' enthusiasm for
learning. get optimal learning outcomes.

PENGARUH IKLIM SEKOLAH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Abstrak

Secara teoritis hasil belajar siswa salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal
(dari luar diri siswa) yaitu iklim sekolah.Semakin kondusif iklim sekolah maka
semakin efektif siswa menyerap pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajarpun
meningat.Tetapi, hasil belajar terkadang hanya dikaitkan dengan persoalan
intelegensi siswa saja.Kondisi iklim sekolah yang memadai dan menyenangkan
akan menimbulkan motivasi siswa dalam memperoleh hasil belajar yang
optimal.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah
terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
studi literatur.Berdasarkan pembahasan tentang pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap
hasil belajar, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim sekolah yang kondusif
merupakan prasyarat proses belajar mengajar yang efektif.Lingkungan sekolah
yang aman dan tertib, optimisme, kesehatan sekolah dan kegiatan yang terpusat
pada siswa adalah contoh iklm sekolah yang dapat menumbuhkan semangat
belajar siswa untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang optimal
