Edukasi tentang Hepatitis

Perawat : Selamat pagi bu , saya perawat meila . yang bertugas pada pagi hari ini. Apakah benar
ini dengan ibu Ela ?

Ny. E : Iya sus benar

Perawat : bagaimana keadaan ibu pagi hari ini ?

Ny. E : Sudah baik sus , tidak ada keluhan

Perawat : menurut dokter ,hari ini ibu sudah diperbolehkan pulang . tetapi sebelum pulang saya
harus memberikan pengarahan kepada ibu tentang hepatitis.

Ny. E : baik sus.

Perawat : Hepatitis B disebabkan oleh infeksi virus hepatitis B (HBV). Hepatitis B dapat 

ditularkan melalui kontak langsung dengan cairan tubuh penderita hepatitis B.
Cairan tubuh yang dapat menjadi sarana penularan hepatitis B adalah darah,
cairan vagina, dan air mani.
Ny. E : Baik sus saya akan lebih berhati hati agar tidak menular ke orang lain.
Sebenarnya hepatitis disebabkan oleh apa sus?

Perawat : jadi begini bu , Selain disebabkan oleh virus, hepatitis juga dapat disebabkan
oleh beberapa hal kondisi berikut :
1. Obat-obatan tertentu
2. Penyakit autoimun
3. Konsumsi alkohol secara berlebihan
Tenang bu , meskipun hepatitis B mudah menular ada beberapa cara yang dapat
diterapkan untuk mencegah penyakit Hepatitis B
Ny. E : contohnya sus ?
Perawat : yang pertama pemberian vaksin, yang kedua berhati hati dengan penggunaan
jarum, selanjutnya jaga kebersihan tubuh ,hindari berbagi peralatan mandi dan
melakukan hubungan seksual yang aman .
Ny. E : kalau begitu cara pengobatannya bagaimana sus ?
Perawat : pengobatannya sesuai dengan jenis infeksi yang diderita oleh pasien bu ,
apakah hepatitis B akut atau kronis
Jika Penderita hepatitis B akut dianjurkan untuk banyak istirahat, serta
mengonsumsi banyak cairan dan makanan bernutrisi untuk mempercepat masa
penyembuhan. Hepatitis B akut dapat berlangsung hingga 6 bulan.
 Jika Penderita hepatitis B kronis akan diberikan obat antivirus guna melawan
virus, menurunkan risiko kerusakan hati, dan mencegah komplikasi yang dapat
terjadi.  Apakah sudah cukup jelas bu ?

Mrs. E: Im fine, I have no complaints

Nurse: according to the doctor, today the mother is allowed to go home. but before going home I had to

brief the mother about hepatitis.

Mrs. E: well sus

Nurse: Hepatitis B is caused by infection with the hepatitis B virus (HBV). Hepatitis B can be transmitted

through direct contact with the body fluids of someone with hepatitis B. Body fluids that can be a means

of transmitting hepatitis B are blood, vaginal fluids, and semen.

Mrs. E: OK, I will be more careful not to spread it to other people. What exactly is hepatitis caused by ?

Nurse: besides being caused by a virus, hepatitis can also be caused by the following conditions:

1. Certain drugs

2. Autoimmune disease

3. Excessive alcohol consumption

Relax ma'am, although hepatitis B is easily transmitted there are several ways that can be applied to

prevent Hepatitis B

body clean, avoid sharing toiletries and have safe sexual intercourse.

hepatitis B
If people with acute hepatitis B are advised to get plenty of rest, and consume lots of fluids and nutritious

foods to speed up the healing period. Acute hepatitis B can last up to 6 months.

If people with chronic hepatitis B will be given antiviral drugs to fight the virus, reduce the risk of liver
