Dalam penelitian ini ban dalam bekas berperan sebagai pengganti sebagian
kadar aspal pada campuran beton aspal.
Dilihat dari nilai stabilitasnya, campuran aspal modifikasi ban dalam bekas
4% memiliki nilai tertinggi yang menandakan kinerja campuran aspal yang paling
baik nilai stabilitas awal yaitu pada campuran aspal murni dengan kadar ban dalam
bekas 0% adalah sebesar 982.53 kg, kemudian meningkat menjadi 1174.69 kg ketika
kadar aspal ditambahkan dengan ban dalam bekas sebesar 4%. Selisih perbedaan
beton aspal normal dengan beton aspal modifikasi dengan ban dalam bekas 4%
adalah sebesar 16.299%.

ABSTRACT
In line with the rapid development in Indonesia, the building materials used in the
manufacture of asphalt concrete such as asphalt, krikil, and so on are also
increasingly in need, While the materials are natural resources that can not be updated
In this study the former inner tube acts as a partial replacement of asphalt content on
asphalt concrete mixture.
Tire in the former obtained from the workshops around depok. With the variation of
tire content in the former 0%, 4%, 6%, and 8%, and each mixed variation is made
each of 3 samples, which will go through hard asphalt check testing stage. The
asphalt concrete testing parameters are VIM (Void in Mixture), VMA (Void in
Mineral Aggregate), Stability, Flow, MQ (Marshall Quotient), and tire + tire
relationship in the former against aggregate using SEM test.
Seen from its stability value, the asphalt 4% tire modified mixture has the highest
value indicating the best asphalt mixture performance of the initial stability value that
is on the pure asphalt mixture with the tire content in the former 0% is 982.53 kg,
then increased to 1174.69 kg when Asphalt content added with 4% in used tire.
Difference difference of normal asphalt concrete with modified asphalt concrete with
4% in used tire is 16.299%.
