ABSTRACT
This research title is "The Development of Learning Used Media Kinemaster Video
Editor in History Subject at Senior High School Number 1 Tanjung Raja" which
contains data about Islam relics in Palembang. This research was conducted and
applied in 10th Grade of Senior High School Number 1 Tanjung Raja. This research
is used Akker development model. The purpose of this research is to develop a
history learning media that is valid and effective. The validity of learning media was
assessed by three experts, there are material expert, learning design expert and media
expert. Material validity has a value of 3.55 which is valid category, the validity of
the learning design is 4.42 which is very valid category, and the validity of the media
is 4.82 which is very valid category. Overall this learning media has an average value
of 4.26 which is very good category. The potential effect of learning media using
Kinemaster Video Editor is seen in the learning outcomes before and after using the
learning media in the field test phase with percentage of 46.67% with 0.69 Ngain
score. It means that learning Islamic Relics in Palembang using Kinemaster Video
Editor has valid and effective values.
