Kinerja adalah gambaran pencapaian pelaksanaan (achievement) suatu
program kegiatan perencanaan strategis dan operasional organisasi (efforts) oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi baik secara kuantitas dan kualitas, sesuai dengan kewenangan dan tugas tanggung jawabnya, legal dan tidak melanggar hokum, etika dan moral. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan rawat inap dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RS Dr. Hafiz Cianjur tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study dan menggunakan uji chi-squere. Diketahui bahwa sebagian besar gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan berkategori baik dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana baik yaitu sebanyak 71 responden dengan presentase (76,3%), sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan berkatagori baik dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana kurang yaitu sebanyak 22 responden (23,7%). Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square dengan tingkat signifikan 5% didapatkan p value sebesar 0,001. Karena p=0,000< 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Ada Hubungan Antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Ruangan Dengan Kinerja Perawat Pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RS Dr. Hafiz Cianjur tahun 2019.

Performance is an image of the achievement of the implementation of
programs and activities ( achievement ) a strategic planning and organization operational (efforts) by a person or group of people in an organization both in quantity and quality of, in accordance with the authority and duty responsibility, legal and did not break, hokum ethical and moral. The purpose of this research to know about the style of leadership in patient pad leader with the performance of nurse responsible for implementation in the hospital Dr.Hafiz Cianjur years 2019. The study uses a descriptive analytical research design with a Cross Sectional Study approach and uses a Chi-squere test. Known that the majority of head leadership style room good with the performance of implementing nurse good, seventy-one respondents with the percentage of ( 76.3 % ) , while head leadership style room good with the performance of implementing nurse less many as 22 respondents level ( 23.7 % ) .Chi testing shows square with a significant degree or value as much as 5 percent 0,001 p .Because p = 0,000 & it is; 0.05 so h0 rejected. There a connection between the leadership of the head of the room with the performance of nurse responsible for implementation in the hospital dr. inpatient roomsHafiz cianjur years 2019.
