ANALISIA ASPEK ADMINISTRATIF RESEP ANAK USIA 0-7 TAHUN

DI APOTEK KIMIA FARMA CITARUM SEMARANG

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : Peresepan yang tidak lengkap bisa mejadi penyebab

medication error terutama pada pasien anak-anak karena bila terjadi kesalahan
pengobatan dapat memperburuk penyakit dan dapat mempengaruhi organ
tubuhnya Oleh karena itu perlunya skrining resep pada aspek administratif sangat
diperhatikan supaya tidak terjadinya medication error pada pasien. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis pada aspek administratif resep anak usia 0-7 tahun
di Apotek Kimia Farma Citarum Semarang bulan Januari-April 2021.
Metode : Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Total Sampling dengan total
sampel resep anak usia 0-7 tahun sebanyak 102 resep.
Hasil : Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada aspek ketidaklengkapan resep
bulan Januari-April 2021 didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: Inscriptio yaitu nama
dokter 0%, SIP 90,20%, alamat dokter 0%, nomor telepon dokter 1,96% dan
tanggal resep 0%. Subcriptio yaitu paraf dokter 41,18%. Invocatio yaitu tanda R/
44,12%. Prescriptio yaitu nama obat 0%, bentuk sedian obat 15,69%, dosis obat
98,04% dan cara pakai 97,06%. Signatura yaitu aturan pakai 1,96%. Pro yaitu
nama pasien 0%, umur pasien 0%, jenis kelamin pasien 100%, berat badan pasien
96,08% dan alamat pasien 90,20%.
Kesimpulan : Ketidaklengkapan administratif yang paling banyak berpotensi
menimbulkan medication error yaitu Pro pada jenis kelamin pasien 100%,
Prescriptio dosis obat 98,04%, Inscriptio pada SIP 90,20%, Invocatio pada tanda
R/ 44,12%, Subcriptio pada paraf dokter 41,18%, Signatura 1,96%.

ABSTRACT
 
Background: Prescribing incomplete could form the causes of medication
errors , especially in pediatric patients because if anything goes wrong
medication can aggravate the disease and da pat affect organs Hence the need for
screening recipe on the administrative aspects are concerned that non-occurrence
of medication errors in patients . This study aims to analyze the administrative
aspects of prescriptions for children aged 0-7 years at Kimia Farma Citarum
Pharmacy Semarang in January-April 2021.
Method: The method used is the Total Sampling method with a total sample of
prescriptions for children aged 0-7 years as many as 102 recipes.
Results: From the results of research conducted on the aspect of incomplete
prescriptions in January-April 2021, the following results were
obtained: Inscriptio, namely doctor's name 0%, SIP 90.20%, doctor's address 0%,
doctor's telephone number 1.96% and prescription date 0 %. Subcriptio  ie 41.18%
initial doctor. Invocatio is a sign of R / 44.12%. Prescriptio is the name of the
drug 0%, the dosage form of the drug is 15.69%, the dose of the drug is 98.04%
and the method of use is 97.06%. Signatura is the rule of use 1.96%. Pro are 0%
patient name, 0% patient age, 100% patient gender, 96.08% patient weight and
90.20% patient address.
Conclusion: Incomplete administrative most potential for medication errors ,
namely Pro on gender of the patient 100%, Prescriptio drug doses
98.04% , Inscriptio on SIP 90.20%, Invocatio on pins R / 44.12%, Subcriptio the
initials doctor 41.18%, Signature 1.96%.
